Pros:

Location was convenient for me as my event was close by.

Cons:

The room they gave me was pretty damaged and rinky dinky. The main light for room did not work, the walls had some kind of paint damage to it, the shower floor was dirty, and the bathroom seat was peeling. There was also wires coming from the wall right next to outside door. Overall cheap and not something I would pay for again.
