Très bien mais on reste avec un très mauvais souvenir à cause du directeur peu franc.
Pros:

Le personnel est top et le lieu très agréable mais je ne dirais pas cela du tout du pseudo directeur, plutôt arnaqueur….

Cons:

L’attitude du directeur : par devant très arrangeant mais par derrière malhonnête . Nous avons été facturé un montant exorbitant pour une activité qu’il nous avait vantée et inclue dans les services de l’hôtel. Nous pensions donc que c’était gratuit car il n’a jamais mentionné de prix. Notre erreur a été de ne pas poser la question !!! Nous avons été prélevé via booking : il a forcé le paiement!

Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. Fabulous rooms. Details all sorted. Great location. Our favourite stay in our 6 week stay through SE Asia. Brilliant manager who could not have been more thoughtful and helpful. Go there. You won’t regret it

Struttura eccezionale
Pros:

Staff eccezionale, molto professionale. Sempre attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. In particolare segnaliamo il Sig. Himanshu che ci ha accolto con un sorriso meraviglioso, ci ha fornito dei consigli utilissimi e organizzato un paio di tour bellissimi
L'hotel e' gestito dal Sig. Himanshu in modo impeccabile con estrema cura dei particolari
Abbiamo anche cenato due sere nel ristorante del hotel. Anche per le cene siamo stati molto bene: location perfetta, piatti ben preparati con ingredienti freschi e genuini
Veramente un'ottima realta' del territorio
In alcuni commenti e' stato indicato che la struttura e' costosa per gli standard del Laos. Dobbiamo capire cosa vogliamo. Oltre al costo bisogna anche confrontare la qualita' e al Residence Bassac la qualita' e' ai massimi livelli

Staff went out of their way to help me with a personal issue. At all times they were friendly and interested in making my stay enjoyable.
The food at the hotel was good and the breakfast was a highlight.

Pros:

L'endroit est calme, propre, beau et super bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner au bord du Mékong est vraiment top !
C'était un plaisir d'y séjourner.

Cons:

Malheureusement les vélos que l'on nous a prêter étaient pas très en formes.. une petite réparation/entretien serait la bienvenue.

Great accommodation and helpful and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.
Pros:

Breakfast choices were excellent. Ranged from full American to Lao to continental. I tried American and continental both of which were very good and the Lao breakfast looked as if it were great as well and I would have tried it had I stayed an extra day.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage mitten im Ort, dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Küche.

Charming stay in remote town
Pros:

Very beautiful interior design. French colonial touch. Loved the tiles, the garden, the aromatic tea and turndown service provided.
Fantastic team, great breakfast and excellent dinner place close by (Riverside homemade)
Ideal place to disconnect from the stress of a busy life.

Cons:

At first the manager acted rather distant, but opened up and provided excellent customer service.

Pros:

Un de nos meilleurs hôtels au Laos. Alors évidemment ce n’est pas l’authenticité mais un peu de confort pendant le séjour nous a fait du bien.
L’hôtel dispose d’une terrasse en bord de Mékong très agréable et le personnel est au petit soin
