Muy buena estadía y excelente atención del personal

Quiero agradecer especialmente la amabilidad y colaboración de todo el personal durante mi estadía. Teníamos un vuelo muy temprano por la mañana, antes del horario habitual del desayuno, y tuvieron la gentileza de prepararnos un paquete con medialunas y café para llevar.

Ese tipo de detalles hacen realmente la diferencia y reflejan la calidad humana y el excelente servicio del hotel.

Muchas gracias por toda la atención y predisposición. Sin duda, una experiencia muy satisfactoria.

Cons:

Como único punto a mencionar, durante una noche una alarma de automóvil sonó alrededor de las 3:00 a.m. e interrumpió mi descanso. Entiendo perfectamente que esto escapa al control del hotel, ya que ocurrió en el exterior. Además, mi habitación estaba ubicada en el primer piso, por lo que probablemente el ruido se percibía más fácilmente desde allí. Quizás podría evaluarse una mejora en el aislamiento acústico de algunas habitaciones para minimizar este tipo de situaciones externas.

Fuera de eso, la estadía fue muy satisfactoria y agradezco mucho toda la atención recibida. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.

Excelente, não poderia ser melhor! Localização perfeita, cercado por restaurantes maravilhosos!

Comfortable for two nights
Pros:

I liked the design of the hotel and the location was perfect.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the breakfast, I wish there were more options than some pastries. I did not like the bathroom, the faucet was set way too high I couldn’t wash my face comfortably, and the shower heads need to be replaced. I also wished the gym was in the hotel or at least advertised correctly I didn’t know it would be a guest pass for a gym 3 blocks away.

Pros:

Equipe de recepção e moças responsáveis pela limpeza dos quartos extremamente educadas e solicítas. Hotel adorável, limpo, com banheiro espaçoso e banho adequado. Muito bem localizado - vários locais nas redondezas para almoçar e jantar.

Cons:

Não amei o café da manhã. Poucas opções e bastante simples. Não que fosse ruim ou saísse com fome, de forma alguma, mas não havia nada especialmente gostoso ou memorável. Só bastava.

The Hotel is well located.

Cons:

The hotel is not in great shape. We stayed here years ago, and the breakfast was better in the past, and the bathroom is not well-maintained. It's not dirty, but it looks bad due to poor maintenance. Additionally, they provide diluted soap for showering; it's basically water.
