Pros:

Great locarion near nice restarants, good breakfast and watch out for paitings in the elevator - I love it. Olso managed to check in early and get my room at 9am.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in Palermo ist toll, einfach vor die Tür gehen und los. Und trotzdem ist es ruhig im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist durch seine Vielfalt (z.B. belegte Hörnchen, Pasteten mit Kürbisfüllung, ein wenig Rohkost) über dem üblichen Einerlei.

Incredible location, friendly staff and a comfortable room
Pros:

A really different hotel in a really cool neighbourhood. Friendly staff on the door who were helpful, a comfortable room with a large bathroom and plenty of storage, and a decent breakfast. The main selling point is the area though, right in between Palermo Soho and Palermo Holywood, however we heard no noise at all in the evenings.

Stylish Hotel with Some Issues
Pros:

This hotel feels cool and stylish. I loved the mix of modern and Art Deco design! The elevator is super fun, and the breakfast room is gorgeous. We stayed in a Double Room, and our room was a good size. It was bright and open, though the bathroom was painted in dark grey and as a result, very dark. It was nice to have a little balcony, even though it was really only big enough to stick our heads out of, and I always appreciate a room that provides a mini fridge.

Cons:

I wanted to like this hotel, but there were a number of issues, the main one being that the AC unit in our room was broken. It somewhat kept the room cool (thank goodness, because Buenos Aires was experiencing a major heat wave when we were there), but the unit continuously leaked water all over the floor. Because of the height the water was dropping from, it would splash all over the cords and the power outlet beside the bed, which had me a little concerned about electrical hazards. We had to keep a towel in the corner of the room below the unit, which we noticed housekeeping changed out each day. Every night, you could hear the water alternating between a slow drip and a more continuous stream. You could tell that the unit had been leaking for quite some time, because the drywall just under the unit looked to be soggy and like it had been repaired and repainted before. I also wouldn’t choose to stay on this side of Palermo again if I were to come back. The area definitely felt safe, but it also felt more residential and more removed from everything. This might be a good thing if you prioritize quiet over everything else! Most of the restaurants and nightlife are in Palermo Soho, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away, though parts of the walk felt a little deserted and dark at night. Another con about this hotel is that the breakfast spread was a little odd. The buffet was fairly large, but it seemed to be very heavy on pastries at the expense of everything else.

Pros:

Rooms were a good size and bed was comfy. Location was decent, about a 10 min walk to the main areas of Palermo. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

AC wasn’t very strong, we were quite hot in the room. Plumbing was not great, our toilet clogged and we had to move rooms as there was no one on site that could help.
