Even though it had more cons than pros, the pros outdo them, but only great for a few nights.
Pros:

The location was great, very convenient. The staff was very kind and explained things clearly. Breakfast was simple, but great nonetheless (their cold cuts were very yummy). Overall the hotel is very simple but cosy.

Cons:

Some things I did not really appreciate were: the sink faucet is very very high up so when you turn on the water, it splashes everywhere. The shower stall does not have a place to leave your things, so you have to keep crouching down for whatever you need. The faucet in the shower is also very sensitive, so one small movement makes the water go from lukewarm to boiling or freezing.
The black out curtains do not close all the way in the middle, so they don't really black out entirely.
Now for the not really a big deal, but sightly uncomfortable: one of the bedside lamps had a wire issue (I think) so it would only turn on when it was in a certain position, and one of the lightbulbs from the main lighting was missing. Also, the full body mirror was in the weirdest place.
I was okay with all of this because I stayed for one night, I am unsure how it'd be for more than a few days.

Estadía ideal!
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel es fantástica, en pleno Palermo Hollywood, cerca de varios restaurantes, bares, pubs, supermercados, se encuentra todo lo que se precisa.
Las habitaciones son de época, muy bien mantenidas, la ducha preciosa, aire acondicionado, balcón, tv con canales.
El desayuno buffet espectacular! En nuestro caso fuimos a correr los 21 km de Bs As y el hotel dispuso el dia de la carrera bien temprano un desayuno variado para los corredores!!
Personal atento y dispuesto a responder y solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Cons:

No puedo decir que algo haya sido de mi desagrado, en mi caso la estadía fue de 4 noches y no tuve inconvenientes.

Buenos aires querida
Pros:

O quarto era excelente. A decoração deco faz uma diferença, gerando uma ótima ambientação. A cama foi excelente. A Internet é boa e de alta qualidade. O café da manhã muito bem apresentado, delicioso e uma barista muito simpática.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhor. Não houve troca de toalhas.
