Felt sorry for staff in food area because due to Coca-Cola repair sticky spill escalated into sticky tracked over entire floors! Annoying but all else wonderful!

Top tier staff!
Pros:

Love the vibes and location. The staff is top tier, extremely pleasant, & helpful! Madylen Thomas made my experience over the top with her outstanding hospitality! I travel to Tuscaloosa about three times a year and only want to stay here!

I had a special circumstance and Katherine Bryant treated me with dignity and respect!

I would not stay here again and I would not recommend anyone stay here.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, comfort was good

Cons:

Advertised a heated indoor pool. The pool was not heated and was very cold. big disappointment to my two children.
Gave us 3 towels and 3 washcloths for 4 people.
No soap in the bathroom, so we had to use shampoo for soap.
