Comfortable room very spacious. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.
Tooth paste marks left on the bathroom counter when we walked in. Looks like it wasn’t wiped down.

More so about the process, they didn’t have my reservation on file and weren’t overly helpful in trying to rectify the problem. I had to call booking to re-confirm. Just not ideal after a long day of driving. And then got to the room and there was no TV remote.

Charging for parking in a hotel way out of the city in industrial area with many, many parking spots available and not being used.
Have stayed here four times won't be back due to this issue.
Location was good
1. Paying $12 for parking is outrageous.
2. I literally stay at Hampton Inns for the breakfast. This one was the worst I ever had. Yogurt out at 750am. Eggs were a cruddy omelet with cheese, I cannot have cheese. The meat was ground beef, maybe? Where was bacon or sausage? Even little kids were asking. No fruit! Butter was hard a rock for the only thing I could eat which was a waffle.
2. Our AC unit was loud, made grinding noises like it was barely going to stay on.
3. You need more bar soap in the bathroom. ONE doesn't do it! No one wants to use those provided pumps because those are gross.
4. The shower head and water pressure for both the shower and sink were horrible. Update your equipment!
5. No hard pillow options. I had to stiff a towel into the soft pillow. All way too soft.

We need to pay extra for car parking and no one mentioned that to us before.

The room was reserved for two nights and on the day of check-in we were late checking in and they without our knowledge they gave the room to a different customer as the card dint go through which is incorrect. even if that happens they should call and let us know that the card was declined and if would like to pay with a different card. we ended up driving 30 min away to find another stay. Later we realized that the room was given to a customer because of Embassy Inn overbooking and both these hotels were Hilton/Hampton affiliated.
Breakfast and bed were nice.
