Nice hotel with helpful staff.

Cons:

We did this booking through Booking.com (who we use frequently and with great success). The hotel did not have a record of our room and was full. They called around and couldn't find another room in the area. The manager let us spend the first night in a room they were working on and then moved us to another room for the next two nights. Both Booking.com and the hotel took care of us, but it was quite stressful at the time.

I can’t stay here again, I come to Portland for Dr appointments and surgeries, I got hardly any sleep and I just can’t f

Great breakfast and the lady at the front desk that checked me in was wonderful.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel every lump and spring in it.
The night stand and table had sticky stuff all over, there was hair all over the sink, the mirrors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust.

Mixed feelings...
Pros:

Convenient, quiet location.

Cons:

I've stayed there twice before (a few years ago). Now the parking situation is more difficult, and facilities maintenance has lagged somewhat. The toilet in my room continued running every other flush, and the A/c unit sounds like a jet airplane when it's running.

Hidden fees. 12 dollars for parking (really!), 75$ for pet (added after I had
