Disappointed when we discovered the fee for a pet.
Pros:

Great facility, no complaints about staff or room.

Cons:

Their policy is to charge the same pet fee for one to four nights. Since we stayed only one night, we had to pay $75 (which we didn’t realize ahead of time) for one night for a well-behaved dog.

Pros:

Close to where I am currently working and easy to get to. I liked the work out room

Cons:

No microwave in the room and the refrigerator is small
No Hot tub along with the indoor pool

Pool was nice, interior of hotel was clean. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Exterior grounds and parking lots had lots of trash. Not happy that third party booking didn't mention that I had to pay for parking. Desk receptionist was very short and rude with me when I mentioned that. A hotel so far out with several adjacent lots empty should just include parking in the room fee. Not through it in later as a surprise.

Over all experience is great, comfortable and inviting. Staff has been amazing in every stay. I tend to go to this same
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Property was nice and clean.

Cons:

The room I stayed in had a refrigerator that sounds like it might be having some trouble. It was making a loud sound throughout the night and it did wake us up multiple times. Other than that the room was great!

Nice accommodations but paying for parking because of 'tariffs' was lame.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location - quiet and easy to access! It was, honestly, nicer than I expected...a perk! The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating!

Cons:

The parking...

They had us pay for parking. I understand that in locations where space is limited - city centers...yes. The location of this hotel did not warrant paying $12 a day for parking. There was ample room. When we asked why we were being charged the staff said it's because of tariffs. A ridiculous excuse for charging more. We will be staying there again in the future as our son goes to college nearby but we will NOT be paying for parking. Something you should know before you go...if they make you pay for parking, know there is plenty of street parking, and if on a weekend, lots nearby where you can park without being charged.

Room was very clean, good food and service

Cons:

Lady on reception charge me for overnight parking for two nights $24, for two cars she said it’s cost $48, but it’s was not on agreement, and I didn’t know that plus they are promised for me a full refund when I left but they didn’t.

Pros:

I liked that when we discovered that our toilet wasn't working the front desk staff immediately set us up in a new room and upgraded.

Cons:

housekeeping staff should have put this room "out of order" after cleaning, the front desk was not aware of the broken toilet. The toilet was running with a broken handle, the hotel was low occupancy, so it was funny that out of all the rooms available, we ended up with this one.
