Замечательный отель
Pros:

Осталась очень довольна проживанием в Hyatt Regency Bishkek. Просторные и чистые номера, уютная атмосфера и отличный сервис. Особенно приятно, что при заселении учли мои пожелания по номеру, указанные при бронировании. Также понравился большой открытый бассейн с приятной чистой водой и тренажерный зал с тренажерами Technogym, что говорит о высоком уровне. Отель оставил только приятные впечатления, обязательно вернусь снова!

Отель подустал и требует обновления, либо снижения стоимости проживания.
Пустой минибар.
Старый ковролин в коридоре с запахом.
Отсутствие второго комплекта халата и тапочек, пришлось около часа ждать после обращения на ресепшн.
Ассортимент и качество блюд вечером в ресторане не соответствуют стоимости, вино ужасного качества с явным вкусом и запахом спирта.
Пытались в ресторане взять повторно оплату.

Великолепный отель как для бизнеса, так и для отдыха.
Pros:

Замечательное расположение, рядом театр оперы и балета, площадь, торговые центры. Номера небольшие, но очень комфортные, чистое белое белье и полотенца. Бассейн уличный прекрасен. Великолепные завтраки и еда по меню вкусная. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает подача блюд в ресторане!!!
