La atención de absolutamente todo el personal del hotel es realmente muy especial. Ese esmero en la atención por parte de todos los empleados lo hace a uno sentir en su casa. La comida es absolutamente maravillosa. Se nota el amor que las señoras de la cocina le ponen a cada preparación que hacen. Las habitaciones son impecables. Vinimos por primera vez este hotel en 2019 y acabamos de regresar en 2026. Sentimos que el tiempo ha pasado para este hotel y quienes lo atienden para perfeccionar cada día más y más lo que hacen. Es de los pocos hoteles que he visitado al que quiero volver muchas veces,

El lugar especial para quedarse en Valladolid
Pros:

La atención del personal es maravillosa, los detalles de todo el hotel están cuidados, las habitaciones son espaciosas, la piscina no es muy grande pero es muy cómoda y divertida para niños, los desayunos son sobresalientes.

Top hotel met zwembad met beschikbaarheid van een privé cenote welke je moet bezoeken
Pros:

Bij het inchecken kregen we heel veel informatie en tips over/in Valladolid. Verder zeer schone accommodatie met goede airco en een fijn en goed ontbijt/diner. Zwembad voor de kinderen groot genoeg. Wij hadden als excursie gekozen voor een bezoek aan Ek Balam i.c.m. de privé cenote. De privé cenote onder begeleiding van gastheer Juan was voor ons de mooiste en beste ervaring van onze hele vakantie, gewoon een wow ervaring.

Pros:

Sfeervol mooi hotel. Echt Mexicaanse gevoel. Super schoon. Zwembad is klein maar fijn. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mijn man werd ziek en hebben ze ons uitstekend geholpen. Eten en cocktails waren goed. Ik beveel het zeker aan.

Enige opmerking is dat het 20 mins lopen naar de center. Maar dit Is geen enkele probleem.
