Pros:

Sfeervol mooi hotel. Echt Mexicaanse gevoel. Super schoon. Zwembad is klein maar fijn. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mijn man werd ziek en hebben ze ons uitstekend geholpen. Eten en cocktails waren goed. Ik beveel het zeker aan.

Enige opmerking is dat het 20 mins lopen naar de center. Maar dit Is geen enkele probleem.

Niets. Alles was super.

Lovely, relaxing stay in Valladolid
Pros:

The large, covered patio area outside spacious, lovely rooms was great for relaxing and having breakfast. Our family loved the pool and the semi-shaded area with lounge chairs. The staff were all very helpful. Plenty of filtered water was available, A/C and fans for comfort. We had a wonderful stay.

Très bel hôtel de style colonial. Décoration soignée, chambre spacieuse. Personnel très sympathique et au petit soin pour nous. Jardin et piscine très agréable.

Pros:

Tout, vraiment tout. Valladolid est une ville merveilleuse. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable mais aussi très discret. L'hôtel était extrêmement propre, la literie ultra confortable.

Pros:

L'établissement est vraiment très agréable. On s'y sent comme chez soit. La chambre avec hamac et salle de bain avec douche semi ouverte est très agréable et lumineuse. La terrasse des chambres à l'étage donnant sur la piscine est très large avec des canapés. La piscine bien entretenue, le personnel est très sympathique et cherche à vous faire plaisir. Ma fille a demandé un jus de pomme, il lui ont préparé un jus frais délicieux. Et le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et varié avec du pain frais et des spécialités aux œufs, servis à l'extérieur. Nous y étions en famille avec notre adolescente, il y avait beaucoup de français, nous recommandons cette établissement à 300%.

Pros:

Beautiful garden and cute pool area, attention to details - mosquito spray available throughout the hotel, we loved the food and authentic traditional hot chocolate. Great that they have a kids corner with toys, a huge plus, the hotel should advertise it! Also 4playground on the square right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Water in the shower was lukewarm, instead of warm or hot.

Perfect place with personal touches.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Beautifully property that is artful and designed to provide everything you need simply but beautiful. Gorgeous pool area and delicious breakfast. An amazing trip to their own private Cenotes - do not miss that!
