You get what you paid for.
Pros:

Has a good view depending on the floor you’re on.

Cons:

Furniture is dated, there’s no microwave in the room, the sockets are loose, the tv has lines through them with distorted images. The windows are glass sliders with small circles cut in so you’ll always hear outside, and the card gets deactivated everyday requiring resyncing.

Péssima hospedagem.
Cons:

Apto. 513. Apesar de "luxo" tem forte cheiro de mofo que, inclusive, deve fazer mal ao hóspede. O chuveiro é péssimo. Volume de água quente muito pequeno e com pouca vazão. Pelo fato desse apartamento 513 estar voltado para o "Elevado Paulo de Frontin", o barulho é constante a noite inteira. Portanto, péssima hospedagem, consuderando o custo-benefício.

Foi positiva, mas não gostaria de ficar mais que três dias por conta do desconforto da cama.
Pros:

Custo-benefício, perto de onde eu precisava. Apesar da vista ser voltada para o viaduto, a vedação de ruídos é muito boa, quase não prestava atenção no barulho dos carros. Era possível ver o Cristo. O café da manhã foi bom, o espaço do restaurante é agradável. O quarto estava limpo, assim como as roupas de cama e banho. Tinha frigobar, o estacionamento é coberto.

Cons:

O serviço de quarto deixou a desejar, cobraram 4 reais por cada kit de descartáveis, contendo 1 prato, talheres e 1 guardanapo, nunca vi isso. A cama era bem mole e desconfortável, pois eram duas camas de solteiro unidas por um "protetor de colchão" que abria no meio, ficava um vão no meio da cama. A TV não era smart, seria interessante se fosse, pelo menos para espelhar o celular e ouvir música, ver filmes, enfim.
