Hotel was total disappointment
Pros:

The location was nice. That’s why we gave it a chance.

Cons:

As soon as we entered the room it was clear someone had smoked in the room a lot. The smell was strong. They sprayed the curtains with air freshener but that only covered the smoke smell. Second the aircon did not work as soon as we got in the room. They worked on it a couple minutes and said just give it time. It never got the room anywhere near cold. Next the safe did not work they had to come reset the password so it could be used. Last straw was the bath towels smelled so bad we didn’t even want to use them to dry off. We spent a total of about 4 hours then packed our bags and left the hotel. Hotel basically said too bad we are not giving your money back for the 4 additional nights we had booked.

Pros:

The staff are amazing and really helpful. The location is very convenient. I had a nice room with a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Cons:

Shower filthy dirty, only 1 elevator working, bed uncomfortable, very small room. There is better value for money to be had elsewhere

Nice Stay at Valentino's Angeles
Pros:

Great stay. Hotel was very nice, awesome Staff, easy check in and out, Air Con was good, the newer part of the hotel is the best.

Cons:

Wifi was down for over a day 🤔

Muy bien ubicado. Personal agradable y servicial. Tiene dos partes de habitaciones, las nuevas y viejas, pero en buen estado y confortables

Cons:

The pool is small, the water cold, no sun, no sun bridges, the budget rooms are in the older wing but still in very good condition but have no elevator. The housekeeping is messy. The window of my room had no daylight
