Gemütliches Zimmer aber kein Fahrstuhl

Didn’t even spend one night

Hotel was total disappointment
Pros:

The location was nice. That’s why we gave it a chance.

Cons:

As soon as we entered the room it was clear someone had smoked in the room a lot. The smell was strong. They sprayed the curtains with air freshener but that only covered the smoke smell. Second the aircon did not work as soon as we got in the room. They worked on it a couple minutes and said just give it time. It never got the room anywhere near cold. Next the safe did not work they had to come reset the password so it could be used. Last straw was the bath towels smelled so bad we didn’t even want to use them to dry off. We spent a total of about 4 hours then packed our bags and left the hotel. Hotel basically said too bad we are not giving your money back for the 4 additional nights we had booked.

The staff are amazing and really helpful. The location is very convenient. I had a nice room with a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Keine kreditkarten akzeptuert bar zahlung absllut no go da man mit karte reservation bestätigen muss
Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen ûbrig
Keine kleiderbügel im schrank
Alles muss man verlangen weil das reinigungs personal immer was vergisst. Zb seife dann schampo dann bodentuch usw
