Highly recommend, great staff, beautiful facilities

no room when check in at 1600. check in counter packed with guests who cannot check in, and the situation persists at 1930. Really ridiculous. if you planned to wait hours for your room, come to this place. you get an amused environment where people simply jumped the line and attempted to get their rooms without success.

Another awful experience here. ON my previous visit, i said i would never come to this hotel again. However, my friend said there was ample improvement since then and encouraged my to have another go. Sorry, it does not work. At 16:00, there are crowds of guest waiting for their rooms to get ready, despite the official check in time was 15:00. The same situation remained at 18:00. We are there to spend our holiday, not to wait for a hotel room which the hotel could not tell when the room would be ready. There is no excuse as the hotel should have known well in advance that they are fully booked, and should have allocated enough man power to clean up the rooms, not to tell guests that the hotel have no idea of when the room would be available. Simply asking guest to take a seat at the lobby lounge does not make any sense at all. Indeed, although the hotel did arrange someone alongside the check in counter, she was not assisting guest to line up and someone simply pop up and jumped the que, with no intention from the hotel to rectify the situation. A lousy front desk and terrible check in.

Official check in time is 2pm, but they offer their guest to checked out at 3pm. People who come check in at 2pm has no room. Booked two rooms with my friend. We arrived to the hotel at 4pm they told us there was no rooms ready for us yet, and we have to wait for two hours to have room ready for us, at 6pm only one room was ready. We continue to wait, at 7 pm the 2nd is ready but they gave us a smoking room which when we make reservation we booked a non-smoking room. Asked them to change our room, but same answer “no rooms is ready yet, janitor is still cleaning the rooms” at the end they were able to give us back a non smoking room but we had to wait til 9pm. Official check in time was 2pm but we don’t have our room until 9pm, you can see the janitor tidy the room very rush cause many stuffs was not clean and no compensation offer to their guests. If you want a place to rest, not recommended cause you will get very tired dealing with their staffs. So many communication error even tho we can speak mandarin. Won’t pick this hotel ever again and NOT RECOMMENDED

Fridge was not working

Usually stayed in this hotel when i travel at DG.

My seventh times in this hotel, but it looks awful after my last visit two months ago when the only issue was they did not automatically entertain my privilege of Club Lounge access as well as fruit platter in room that hotel.com agreed to offer while I booked my hotel.
On this occasion, there was no shower gel, shampoo in the room, no other toiletries except a pair of toothbrush, and most astonishing is that packs of food left over by previous guest were found in the room. What a house keeping which sees the level of service dropped seriously from a hotel that I almost pay to join their loyalty program.
This is not the end of the story. At around 9:00 am which was 1.5 hours before the time they stopped serving breakfast, you found my empty trays where they served the food but the restaurant was not busy with lots of empty seats. It was until I contacted what appeared to be a manager that he himself started to check for empty trays and demanded replenishing and still there were empty trays around. Awful experience and I would never ever visit this hotel again!!!!

Very convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options.

Breakfast wasn't good and low quality

The hotel staff is very correct and helpfull in all ways, Room is very nice and cleaning facilities were great, sometimes overdone even.

I always stay here for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good western style food if you’re not into Chinese food too much.
