The place in the photos on the website was very deceiving from the actual place when you arrive, WiFi was horrible, staffing not helpful at all, i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place or will ever go back, everything is all very outdated

La piscina está muy bien, la cama un poco dura para mi gusto pero nada que criticar. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Hicimos la excursión de las luciérnagas que nos ofrecieron en el hotel y fue todo perfecto. Personal amable. Nos pusieron arroz, pollo y verduras para desayunar, de cosas de desayuno un poco escueto pero bueno.

Cons:

No nos pusieron toallas en la habitación, pero las pedimos y no hubo problema. El baño es bastante malo, no tenía jabón ni gel, no había presión de agua, no había agua caliente y se salía todo por el baño. La pila deja mucho que desear.
