Cons:

We were missing blankets and I waited an hour to receive blankets for the pull out couch near bed time. We ended up having the front desk help us as we couldn’t wait any longer. This was the only issue. We loved stay and have been coming here every year for over 5 years now.

Great for a family, many different things to do . Loved the outdoor pool.

Resorte service has been improve from last few years in a good way. staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My kids left their pants and goggles in the pool area. When I went back to retrieve them, they were no longer there. I checked with the lost and found desk, but they could not locate the items and advised me to fill out a form. Pillows was not comfortable.

Love mosaic
Pros:

This our second time at mosaic since January. Just love it. The pool outside is just wonderful in the snow. I need to know what beds they have, best nights sleep ever!

Cons:

The only small complain was that our room was right next to.the main engineering room and we had a strange buzzing/vibration constantly. Otherwise it was just perfect.
