O hotel é excelente, instalações boas, ótimo café da manha. Minha esposa tem doença celiaca e eles forem muito atenciosos nas refeições. Minha experiência foi a melhor possível.

Adoramos ficar nesse hotel, o café da manhã era espetacular, a vista do hotel maravilhosa. A área da piscina, spa e sauna também eram lindos. Tivemos bons momentos para descansar nele após os passeios. O único inconveniente é que ele é longe do centro, porém, conseguimos utilizar o transporte que o hotel fornecia sem custo. Gostamos da experiência de nos hospedarmos nele, o hotel oferece muitas atividades fizemos a trilha que ele disponibiliza de graça e gostamos bastante. Voltaríamos sem dúvida!

The service and staff hospitality is outstanding. This is truly a 5 star hotel.

Staff was winderful. We stayed there for 3 nights , my wife left her purse and a couple of hours later they called to let us know. Fortunately we were still in town , food was great. Hotel has a beautiful view

El personal muy atento y amable, dispuestos a orientarte sobre las excursiones, tienen traslados hacia la ciudad que queda a 8 minutos en auto, la habitación impecable, el restaurante abre a las 7:30, su comida es muy buena con precios accesibles, Melisa te atiende muy bien y profesionalmente, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ya que frío es suficiente para mantenerla fresca, es muy tranquila la propiedad y me sentí muy segura, de seguro volvería sin dudas,

Todo estuvo bien, el unico problema fue en el check out que no tuvieron en cuenta el monto que cerramos por Expedia y nos cobraron segun otra tarifa que no era la convenida.Pagamos mas!Eso arruino el final de la estadia, no teniamos tampoco tiempo para ponernos a discutir porque teniamos un vuelo por tomar.Les recomiendo comprobar precio el dia de llegada.

The front desk is very helpful in every aspect. Really feel at home with only night stay. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely setting, very clean with friendly staff.
We loved Le Martial restaurant. The food was very tasty at decent pricess.

Absolutely amazing place, foam gel pillows, amazing spa, staff is magnificent and the lobby and views are spectacular. Please upgrade the coffee service so it matches the rest of the hotel/service, the only downside was terrible coffee.

The location and views are absolutely fantastic, and the property is well-maintained. The spa is a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. My only suggestion would be for the chef to enhance the vegan options. Breakfast and other meals are quite limited for vegans, and the dishes I tried, like the soup and salad with tofu, lacked flavor. Vegan doesn’t mean we don’t want delicious food! With some attention to this, the dining experience could match the excellence of the rest of the property.
