From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.

Would rather pay a bit more for a better experience.
Pros:

Reasonably comfortable. Very close to Jonkers Walk and all the action. Great variety of restaurants close by.

Cons:

Unfortunately everything smacks of penny pinching. The very clear list of what they will charge you for any item damaged is off putting especially when the bedspread has a hole in it. Only one access card so you come back to a stinking hot room every time. Threadbare towels. Had to ask for water despite the instructions saying two bottle works be provided each day. And the wifi is very unstable. Not worth saying wifi is provided free because it's unusable.

除了靠鸡场街，根本是......
Pros:

非常靠近鸡场街，前台服务小姐态度很好。

Cons:

很多，停车位很少,冷气不冷换了房间。房间沒做隔音非常多吵杂声。300xx. 拿到这样的房间说真的是很不满意的

La habitación me ha encantado, con ventana y lus natural. Cama muy cómoda, con mini nivera, y lo q más me gustó fue q la habitación tenía mucho lugar para guardar ropa, compartimentos para guardar de todo lo q necesites. Buen trato con la recepción, q have lo posible p atender cualquier petición y ayuda. Volvería sin duda á alojarme aquí.

Complaint Regarding Check-in Experience at Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka
Dear Management of Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival yesterday, we already noticed some unusual situations while queuing for check-in, as there were several guests raising concerns. At that point, we assumed the issues were isolated and proceeded with our check-in as usual.
However, after completing the check-in process and heading to Room 312, we discovered that the room had not been serviced and was not ready for occupancy. We waited approximately 15 minutes outside the room, only to find that the air conditioning was also not functioning.
We then returned to the front desk, where we observed that other guests were also lodging similar complaints about their rooms. This clearly indicates a broader issue with room readiness and management.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction during our stay. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve operational efficiency and service quality to prevent similar situations in the future.
In last we decided to refund through booking.com but unfortunately we unable to get refund and were booking another hotel for our stay.

The location is strategic. Easy access 5 min walking distance to Jonker Street.

Cons:

The bed is not clean and have wood lice or beg bug. After wake up second day body is itch and redness

如果洗澡热水器是有热水的，那么就体验感满满了
