This is to be paid directly to the hotel.

Pros:

The room is spacious, and everything complete in room,

very friendly the receptionist she very helpful and humble she help me alots, when i ask help, great locations everthing is walking distances,
The A famousa, the christ church, st. Francis chruch, river walk, baba nyonang museum, jonker streets, its in great locations,

Cons:

Just some little bit of issue to be fix but the hotel staff made is really possible and fix as soon as i raise the concern,

Terrible. I have travelled around the world for over 30years this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

Cons:

Smoking smell along corridor, musty smell in the room, dirty with stains on bedsheet. Only 1 room card is given for 4person room. Absurd. We stay in family room for 4 pax, did not provide toothbrush, and there is no fridge, and pathetic tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash. There is nothing good about this hotel and the price is expensive, please avoid at all cost.

There is no clothing rack, no tissue provided just empty box. The room not suitable for the price and extremely noisy at night, cant sleep. You can hear all motorbike/ car outside.

又爱又恨
Pros:

这次是我第二次入住，服务员很好，有耐心，有免费停车场，整体都很满意也靠近鸡场街。

Cons:

因为入住房间有窗口靠近大马路，有飙车党和摩托车党一直飙到凌晨3-4点，对于高敏的我很难入睡😭所以comment有点矛盾了😂
