The location is great as at the entrance of jonker street! Great location! The beds were comfortable and pillow were just the right height!
The hot water takes very long to warm up! perhaps it is time for major renovations :) The rooms generally smell musky smell especially the first room that we were given has a very strong musky smell! The first room given was also not the one in the pictures shown when i booked the room. The staff were kind enough to change room for us. The second room was the one shown on the booking. Revamp and maintenance/replacement should be sincerely considered! However do keep the interior design! Love it!

Llegamos al hotel sobre las 12 pm (habíamos avisado de que llegaríamos a esa hora por el chat). Cuando llegamos nadie nos abrió la puerta, estuvimos media hora llamando a la puerta y nadie nos abrió. También escribimos por el chat que estábamos en la puerta y llamamos tres veces a los números de teléfono que tienen, pero nadie respondió. De madrugada, nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al hotel a reclamar y nos intentaron marear para intentar ni devolvernos el dinero

A/C not cold, hot water not warm, The bedding in my room hasn't been washed or changed. It looks like it was used by the previous guest.
The location is exceptionally good.
Next to Jonker Street, but at the quieter end.
Initially, the reception told us that our booking was cancelled and requested to search for a new booking! After waiting for 2 hours there, the staff was finally able to get us a room for us.
The room has a distinct humid wooden smell, but diminished after an hour of air conditioning.
The water pressure for the shower is very low and slow.
Is nearly to shopping area and food area.
It's quiet far to walk back to the hotel. Not much halal food around that area

The aircon was not cold even when put to 17 deg. The room was so near to the ither room that curtain has to be shut at all times.
