Bastante recomendable y buenas habitaciones, ubicado a 5 cuadras del centro

Não valeu o preço. Caro pro que entrega.
Pros:

Ducha boa e cama muito confortável. Calefação no quarto bem quentinha.

Cons:

Hotel muito longe da Caracoles, café da manhã bem simples, sendo que teve um dia que o café tava uma água suja. Toalhas de banho pessimas depois da primeira e única troca.

atendimento muito bom. quartos confortáveis.

Cons:

faltam cabides e ganchos nos banheiros e no quarto. não há se quer 1 cabide para que vc coloque um casaco ou uma bolsa e os quartos são pequenos. Então fica dificil deixar em ordem.

Lugar tranquilo para descansar
Pros:

La pieza estuvo bien, pero me sorprendió que había una buena presión de agua en las duchas y estaba todo limpio.

Cons:

La estufa no me funciono, aun que no pedí apoyo para activarla así que también puedo atribuir que yo no la supe manipular

Pros:

Café da manhã gostoso. A localização não é tão próxima a Caracoles, mas 10 min a pé mais ou menos e você estará lá. O hotel tem um terraço com uma vista lindíssima, ideal para tomar um lanche da tarde ou ainda ver o céu estrelado à noite. A cama é confortável.

Cons:

Não conseguimos usar o aquecedor do quarto. A porta do banheiro é de correr e não fecha totalmente, perdendo um pouco a privacidade.

Habitacion y cama muy cómodas

Cons:

1. No permiten compartir en el área de piscina a las 22:00 para no realizar ruido a los otros pasajeros (siendo que solo era compartir un rato de conversación)
2. Ruidos molestos desde las 04:00 por otros pasajeros del segundo piso

Estadia fantástica
Pros:

O melhor era que tem calefação e café da manhã a partir das 04:00. Isso faz um diferencial nos passeios e na estadia. A localização é próximo ao comércio. Calefação boa, porque faz frio.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha frigobar e não estava claro na contratação. Poderia ter ao menos uma chaleira elétrica e um forno microondas. Ao chegar dos passeios cansados é uma opção para quem não quer mais sair para restaurante.

A localização é boa, relativamente próxima à Caracoles (principal rua da cidade).

Cons:

A hospitalidade da equipe não é boa. Pedimos mais cobertores por conta do frio e a resposta foi “por que?”. O café da manhã também não é dos melhores, sem muitas opções. E o chuveiro também ficou com água gelada por 2x e não tiveram muita atenção para resolver o problema rapidamente, dizendo somente que “amanhã estará resolvido”.

A bit disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast is served from 4am which is great when you have an early pick up.

Rooms were really warm & cosy when the heating worked.

Nice outdoor undercover seating area.

Cons:

When we arrived, we rung the bell several times as the outer door was locked. Our driver also phoned the hotel but no answer. After waiting 5 minutes the owner got out of a car parked literally outside, and let us in. He'd even driven past us (unbeknownst to us he was the owner) while we were waiting, stared at us and still didn't let us in straight away.

Room 108 - we didn't realise until too late and then there were no staff around to help with getting the heater to work and also there weren't any blankets on the beds so it was a very cold night (we did request blankets the next morning and got help with the heating).

WiFi was patchy in the rooms.

Breakfast was a bit basic, it consisted of cereal, toast, cake, cheese, salami and fruit.
