Pros:

Het personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Op de 1e dag kwam ik na een lange nachtvlucht aan en mocht ik nog gebruikmaken van het ontbijt. Faciliteiten zijn super. De ligging is heel rustig op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van de stad.

Cons:

Ze willen wel heel graag dat je elke activiteit bij ze boekt. De bovenste kamers zijn wel erg warm en zonder airco.

Pros:

Boa localização
Área externa bem agradável, terraço com vista para o vulcão Lincacabur

Cons:

Funcionários antipáticos, sem vontade de atender
Café da manhã com poucas opções, leite só frio, sem reposições quando acabam alimentos
Não tem opção para não limpar o quarto, sempre limpam e abrem a janela do quarto expondo para os outros hóspedes.
Box do banheiro só com cortina
Várias restrições de uso de equipamentos (secador de cabelo) foto embaixo anexo
Não possui frigobar
Cama de solteiro somente emendando duas camas de casal.

Hospedaje de finde
Pros:

Había cercanía a la calle principal De San Pedro calle Caracoles, aprox 10 a 15 minutos caminando, el desayuno estaba bien. Tambien estaba la opción de que si tenias tour de madrugada la cafetería de la hostal estaba disponible.

Estadia maravilhosa, sem complicações, com ótimo atendimento, café delicioso e quarto confortável!
Pros:

Atendimento muito solícito e amigável. O café da manhã oferece diversas opções e, todos os dias, estava delicioso. Um diferencial é que alguns passeios no Atacama começam bem cedo, e o Pueblo disponibiliza café da manhã a partir das 4h30, permitindo comer antes mesmo de sair para os tours. A cama de casal é grande e confortável. Além disso, o quarto é limpo diariamente, com troca de lixo e organização geral. Eles contam com um café/bar também dentro do Hostel para tomar algum drink ou cerveja, além de outras refeições. O Hotel fica a uns 10min da rua principal Caracoles, mas é super tranquilo de caminhar.

A safe, comfortable and accommodating place to stay - genuinely recommend.
Pros:

Booking the tours through the accommodation, the room and the staff... all cracking! They do a blooming early breakfast which really helps for some of the tours. They were really helpful when we broke our stay for a tour... yes we could leave our remaining bag with them etc...
Genuinely, it may be 13 minutes out of the centre but having been to the area before and stayed in the centre, I'd book this place if I returned in a heartbeat!

Ótima estadia, queremos voltar!
Pros:

O quarto é ainda melhor que nas fotos, muito confortável, com tudo que podemos precisar (toalhas, secador, frigobar, etc).
O espaço externo também é ótimo, com piscina e banheiro externo que nos deixaram tomar banho mesmo depois de fazer check-out (ponto alto!!!).

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito bom e completo, começa bem cedo, único porém é que o ovo mexido que gostamos de comer só começa a ser feito a partir das 7h.
