Je recommande fortement cet établissement.
Qualité de l’accueil et des prestations.
Une mention spéciale pour le staff et particulièrement le propriétaire qui m’aider lors d’une panne de ma voiture en plein désert.
Il a géré l’intégralité de la liaison avec l’entreprise de location, il a fait le maximum pour m’apporter une assistance.
Ce propriétaire parle un peu le français.
Je vous conseille fortement cet établissement.

Pros:

Hermoso hotel, cómodo, limpieza excelente, ducha caliente y abundante en ducha.
A 15 minutos caminando del centro.
Don Javier y recepcionista muy atentos a resolver tours, pagos, consultas.
Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

De la habitación, se me desapareció un artículo personal, no se hicieron cargo, sólo dijeron que el personal de aseo era “honrado”.
Y que yo al salir quizás lo había llevado y perdido. Muy fácil la solución.

Fab hotel and stay!
Pros:

The hotel had everything you would need for a lovely break…. Swimming pool, outdoor areas including a roof terrace, a cafe/bar. Trips can be organised and laundry done.

It’s spotlessly clean and all the staff are very friendly.

The location is about a 10-15min walk to the centre- which although is down partially dirt roads - is a nice distance.

Would highly recommend.

If you have a car, location is ok. Hotel is fine, although rooms are small. Could charge a bit less

The Bolivian staff working there are the best. Hardworking, friendly, trying hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Cons:

They say they have AC but they remove AC controls so you can’t use them to save energy. Happens in all the rooms. So you need to go and beg them until they give you one. Bad! Separately, the administrator is always checking on you controlling what you do, what you eat, not in a very friendly way. It’s like is he is upset all the time. Not fun.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Clean room & bathroom had plenty hot water when showering & decent pressure. Ceiling fan a little noisy even on low during the night. There was an air con unit, but no control so perhaps an extra charge if you want that, we didn't so can't say for sure, but have had to pay in other countries & then given the remote control.
Comfortable bed & pillows.
Pool & garden area also very clean & tidy & looked much better than the photos on the website.
Pool towels available on request.
Although there is no kettle in the room, hot water was readily available from the dining area whenever we asked.
Good breakfast selection.
Hotel is on the outskirts of the main areas, which we were completely aware of, but very dusty walk... beware fellow contact lens wearers & remember to take eye drops!
We did a couple of tours that picked us up from the hotel which was great as both were early morning starts.
Loved the diversity of the Atacama Desert & will remember the good times spent there.

The rooms are really small if you have large luggage. The air conditioning is limited or may not be used since San Pedro doesn't have a normal power grid.

Pros:

This was such a wonderful place to stay in San Pedro. From organising tours for us in advance to ensuring breakfast was served from 4am every morning to facilitate the early tours the hotel couldn't do enough for its guests. The location is great too, only 10mins walk from the main street with restaurants.

Buen hotel, silencioso y cómodo
Pros:

Muy majas todas las chicas del personal. Hotel muy silencioso, con vistas a las montañas, unas habitaciones bastante amplias y con luz, y piscina que estaba bien. Todo muy nuevo y c'omodo, el espacio muy hien

El desayuno simple pero rico

Cons:

Está lejos de los restaurantes y del centro, pero eso hace que sea más silencioso.

Estaría genial que pusieran alguna opción vegana y vegetariana en el menú de snacks que tienen (e.g., una hamburguesa). De todas formas cuando les ped'i me hicieron un sandwich de aguacate y huevo.

Toller Aufenthalt- sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Es war einfach unglaublich, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles im Adobestil und mit Pool und Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick. Auch das Frühs war lecker. Ist zwar nicht ganz im Zentrum, jedoch in Laufdistanz und als wegen des Regens aus den Strassen Bäche wurden, konnten wir, da etwas oberhalb vom Zentrum gelegen, trockenen Fusses zum Hotel. Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung waren wegen Gewitter und Starkregen geschlossen. Sonst wären wir noch länger geblieben.

Excelente Hospedagem perto do centro
Pros:

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e bonito. Ducha do banheiro era muito boa e o ventilador era bem potente.
