Expérience mitigée avec le personnel
Pros:

Le ptit dej est ouvert à partir de 4h, c’est pratique pour les départs en excusion.
Le lit est confortable.

Cons:

Le manque de communication avec l’établissement. Ils m’ont refusé ma carte bancaire à distance. J’ai mis une nouvelle cb et demander à 2 reprises si tout était bon avant l’arrivée. Je n’ai jamais eu de retour. En arrivant nous avons essayé avec 4 cb différentes alors que nous n’avons eu 0 souci de tout le séjour. Il la refusé. Et nous a demandé de payer uniquement en cash et en dollars. Il voulait pas de pesos chilien.
Le gérant était désagréable et oppressant. Et il demandait toujours où nous allions avant de partir
L’hôtel est à 15 min à pieds du centre. Il faut marcher sur des pistes en terre pas tjr illuminées le soir.

Me gusta que es limpio, es ordenado, la decoración le hace honor al sitio, la gente es amable, es muy variado el desayuno y muy fresco, tienen desayuno desde las 4 am para los que salen a tour temprano puedan comer algo para no salir con el estómago vacío, muy bien pensado todo y la ubicación es no muy lejos ni muy cerca de todo, apenas es 👌

A pousada não está longe do centrinho de San Pedro, cerca de 1km, mas essa caminhada nas poeirentas ruas da cidade por vezes é um pouco incômoda. O café da manhã é apenas razoável

It was tolerable for a short stay, but could use some improvements.
Pros:

The layout and design of the facilities and the room were quite nice. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, though the rickety stairs made us a little nervous. The breakfast hours were great! Early enough to eat before going on excursions, and late enough to have a relaxing morning. Reception was welcoming. Very comfortable bed and good size room.

Cons:

There were several items in a state of disrepair that might have impacted our decision to stay, had we known: the A/C didn’t work, hot water was spotty and sometimes not available at all. The breakfast provided was okay, but the staff would ask Spanish speaking guests if they’d like eggs, but we would have to ask and in fact were completely ignored more than once. The sun shades did not provide privacy from seeing directly into rooms, so if privacy was desired, the blockout shades had to be used and turning the lights on (waste of energy).

Het personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Op de 1e dag kwam ik na een lange nachtvlucht aan en mocht ik nog gebruikmaken van het ontbijt. Faciliteiten zijn super. De ligging is heel rustig op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van de stad.

Cons:

Ze willen wel heel graag dat je elke activiteit bij ze boekt. De bovenste kamers zijn wel erg warm en zonder airco.
