Cons:

The room had bit of oudour i think coming from either the shower drain or the bathroom floor drain. Quite strong (to the point i left the bathroom fan on) - just providing feedback to check and remedy then i would have rated higher :)

Wonderful weekend catch up with interstate friends
Pros:

Great neighbourhood with restaurants on the doorstep. Loved having indoor outdoor choices with spacious balcony area to soak up the East Perth vibe and well presented clean rooms for a quiet retreat. While our visit was a short stay over the weekend, the apartment had kitchen and laundry amenities suitable for a budget friendly longer stay. Our arrival time was later than expected and our request for additional linen was happily accommodated by the welcoming, friendly staff. We really appreciated the secure covered off street parking as it took the worry out of finding a spot nearby and the car was nice and cool for our day trips . Highly recommended central location within easy walking distance of most city attractions. Thank you for hosting us for a wonderful weekend.

Did the job and friendly staff
Pros:

Good stay. The room was clean, good A/C, comfortable bed.
Good location for what we required.

The downside is also location😢
Due to proximity to Wellington Square, you can hear noise from fighting also police presence due to anti-social behaviour.

Good value stay in the city.
Pros:

Good location, walk to CBD, Optus oval and some restaurants and cafes nearby. East Perth is not the most cultural part of town but it’s a convenient location. Quiet and clean room.

Cons:

Only one lift, was slow at times. Gym hours

Great stay for a couple of days
Pros:

The location and facilities in the apartment were really great and user friendly!

Cons:

The neighbours were a bit loud at times and caused some problems in the hallway and just in general the location is near a busy street but overall was a great stay

So improved….
Pros:

We have stayed at Baileys many times now and I know some previous negative reviews. I contacted Baileys directly and liaised with Raj and our whole experience was excellent. We got in slightly earlier, high floor as requested and excellent customer service. Even helped us with baggage from car. All staff lovely and friendly and nothing too much. Great apartment and lovely balcony. We will return.
