Schöner Ausblick auf den See
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den See waren sehr schön. Der kleine Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Das Badezimmer war relativ neu mit Fußbodenheizung. Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend angemessen. Der Kaffee war gut. Das weibliche Personal war super freundlich, die beiden Damen waren super nett. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Denise, die uns im Restaurant mit großer Freundlichkeit, kompetenter Beratung und ausgezeichnetem Service überzeugt hat.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren eine absolute Zumutung – kaum Füllung und komplett schlabberig. Solche Kissen gehören sofort entsorgt. Es ist völlig inakzeptabel, Gästen derart verbrauchtes Bettzeug anzubieten. Wir hatten noch nie solche schlechten Kissen. An guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken, trotz dass das Bett eigentlich bequem war.Im Zimmer befindet sich auch leider keine richtige Heizung. Wir haben es uns mit dem Radiator der im Zimmer stand gemütlich gemacht. Die Möbel waren leider auch sehr abgewohnt.

Wunderschön und gemütlich
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, mit direkten Blick auf den Hopfensee. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ordentlich, das Bett war gemütlich und das Bad schick und modern.

Cons:

Der Balkon hatte einen seitlichen Blick auf den Hopfensee, leider hat es da sehr feucht gerochen (Die Holzbalken waren wohl feucht), deswegen konnte man dort sich nicht wirklich aufhalten.

Das ausgesprochen nette und freundliche Personal.
Beim Betreten der Rezeption wurde ich schon mit dem Namen begrüßt, da der Mitarbeiter bereits unser Fahrzeug gesichtet hatte und über das Nummernschild Rückschlüsse gezogen hatte. Erstaunlich. Wunderbares Zimmer mit Seeblick und ein sensationelles Frühstück.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir haben abends eingecheckt und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders überrascht hat uns die Größe – viel geräumiger als erwartet. Ein absolutes Highlight war der große Wintergarten mit Blick auf den See, wirklich ein Traum.

Man hätte dort ohne Probleme auch länger bleiben können, denn es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Optional konnte man auch Frühstück dazu buchen. Dieses war reichhaltig und lecker, sodass man gut satt geworden ist und es an nichts gefehlt hat.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
