Courteous staff good location
This had a nice room, but few amenities. Couldn't get an extra pillow. Some reviews talked about an indoor pool, but it's now closed. Juice machine at breakfast was broken and the selection was small (they did have a nice waffle maker). Surprisingly no elevator (after we filled the luggage cart we figured this out), but only two floors.
Bed was half way comfortable
No chairs in the room, someone left food and drinks in the refrigerator. One towel, one wash rag... had to ask for more (4 guests). Breakfast was a waffle machine and thats it, wi a room full of people waiting to use it...
Early check in
Either pubes or dog hairs literally every.. single.. place. At least 10 on each pillow minimum and covered in sheets, toilet, tub, sink. Poop on fridge door. Literally rain POURING inside our window during storm on 1st floor. So gross we left at 2am when storm was over as it wasnt sanitary for our baby and front desk did nothing about it. Im disgusted. Don't check in here. Go to Holiday Inn Express across the road and pay the extra, please!

Pool is no longer working but its not advertised either. We just knew they had one since we stayed there before. Breakfast was really lacking this time. Waffles, toast and cereal was all they had.
