Pros:

Overall great stay. The swimming pool was great and location was great but most of all the washing machine was great.

Cons:

The check-in process was confusing - the building is combined with a hotel next door and everything is done through there instead of the apartment building so its somewhat treated like a 2nd class citizen

Ideal for longer stays
Pros:

One bedroom superior suite located in residence had good room layout with a door separating the lounge room and bedroom and spacious bathroom including full size bathtub and decent hairdryer
Access to washing machine including powder and drying rack
Small kitchen for heating up food
Staff were helpful particularly those helping with bags with a golf cart between the two buildings
Separate pool and gym for residence, although gym was larger in the hotel side
Massage was great and highly recommend

Cons:

Stayed on the sixth floor in the residences and could hear noise from upstairs as the floors were tiled
Bed was very soft and needed replacement
The location of the hotel while central was within alleys and there was a lot of traffic in the area (waiting often 10-15 minutes)
Given the number of guests staying at the hotel there could be more seating available
