Ther are better offerings around the main station for around Fr.10 more.

Pros:

Staff were very quick at responding to concerns and were helpful where possible. Good location !

Cons:

Our first room the bathroom door was broken. The staff handled this promptly and changed our room quickly. However the second day, there was no hot water or heating in January. it was very cold, it was an outage across entire hotel. As we got changed rooms, our friends were staying on a different floor to us now. It took 24 hours for the heating to come back.
