Cuando ingresé a la habitación había un olor que parecía cigarrillo muy fuerte. No había nadie con quien comunicarse en el edificio más tarde llegó el personal de limpieza y le reclamé por el olor y porque también había un ventilador roto.
Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y no me quisieron cambiar. Fue una experiencia muy negativa

Bathroom door loudly crashes with an airduct when opened.
Not even a chair in the room.
I would have given a good rating if it were half the price.

No ascensor, Ultima planta. La ducha puede mejorar. Habitacion poco amplia. Deben bajar el precio. No vimos a ningun trabajador.

room overlooked a busy street so noise went on until early hours and we had asked for a quiet room. we paid £150 for the one night which was very expensive, we have stayed in Zurich before in better hotels for a better price

Impossibile regolare l'impianto di areazione. Troppo rumore durante la notte.

After checking out and removing my suitcase from the locker I sat on the floor for 10 minute to rest and text.
There is no furniture in the 2x2 meters approx. entrance Lobby.
As i was resting on the floor, a member of staff with a Russian accent told me to leave and just kicked me out of the hotel.
This was the first time I was kicked out of a hotel I just stayed in.
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels world wide.

I will not stay in this hotel again even if it was for free.
Minimum Lighting in the room and I felt the room was too dark.
TV partly working.
Window could not be opened wide as it was fixed and therefore shutters could not be closed.
Light penetrating the room made it hard to fall asleep.
Very minimal room with no Kettle for making a drink.
The Acoustics in the room are of low standard
I was woken up at 4:00 a.m. buy my neighbors next door chatting.
While watching television I could hear my neighbors having sex.
They were also having a discussion at 4:30 a.m. and watching television.
I tried to use earplugs for sleeping but they did not help.
The bathroom is like a very minimal unit made out of plastic similar to toilets in an airplane.
The WC is positioned one meter approx. from the bed and it is an
unpleasant feeling sleeping near a WC.
Otherwise the room was clean and modern.

Huone oli todella pieni. WC ja suihku oli käytännössä yksi koppi, jonka osittain läpinäkyvä liukuovi oli koomisesti välittömästi toisen sängyn vieressä eli häiritsevän lähellä. Tämä häiritsi myös yöunia. Helteiden aikana huoneessa oli AIVAN TODELLA HUONO ILMA eikä ilma vaihtunut huoneessa lainkaan. Jopa hotellin käytävässä oli parempi ilma. Tuuletusikkunat sai avattua, mutta ne avautuivat kadulle päin siten, että kadun toiselta puolelta oli suora näkymä suoraan sänkyihin. Kadulla oli myös metelöintiä, joka häiritsi öisin. En mene tähän hotelliin toiste vaikka minulle maksettaisiin. Hintakin oli verrattain aika korkea, kun huoneen tasoa vertaa muuhin tarjontaan.
