Indeed pleasurable , unique experience . the marbles ,decorations ,aesthetics were great.
Pros:

Though we were late for breakfast still managed to get nice grilled sandwich and omelette.

Cons:

Cheerful staff as they looked tired, my observation completely.

Fantastic stay …. Wud love to stay for long if the prices are reasonable !

Everything was perfect ! One typical Lucknowi dish to be added in the breakfast buffet …. Wanted eat something which was traditional ….

It was comfortable - but could have been better i
Pros:

The entrance lobby, staff, location, Gomti river view, helpful front desk, quick room service delivery, Falak Nama was a good experience ,

Cons:

the food was average, breakfast was not varied- but heavy on fried stuff, Dosa etc. very oily, we had to change the room as the first room was below expectation's, leaky shower , wet bathrooms etc. the rooms need a big upgrade, after the grand entrance, they are a disappointment.

Stay was good overall.
Pros:

Good breakfast overall.
Staff was good.

Cons:

The management was not good.
The room was provided to us later than expected even though we arrived well after the official check in time.
The prices for the rooms were too high. They even demanded extra 1500 INR + taxes from us even though we did not get any extra bed.
Later after enquiring about the reason for that, they did not charge us.
This looks like a shady way to extort money.

Great royal stay, a bit on the expensive side
Pros:

the hotel was royal. Great scenic view of the river from room.

Cons:

Expensive for the location though, could have been more affordable, had to give up on choosing breakfast option.
