staff were good and food was excellent but they need to take care what they provide inside the room and it’s facilities

Overall the experience was good however they have a big space for improvement in cleanliness(molds).
Pros:

The breakfast was superb. Staffs were helpful. Value for money. Good room service.

Cons:

One of their room smelled like mold and there were molds in the bathroom walls and curtains. But on our request they immediately provided us with another room.

Cons:

Cleaning was worse and the utilities and facilities that are shown in website didn’t meet anything. There was no stayover cleaning too.

Великолепный сервис, очень хорошие номера.
Pros:

Очень просторный номер: большая кровать, стол, стулья. Горячая вода, что очень важно после возвращения из трека.
Отель находится на тихой улочке, поэтому никакого шума, как в других отелях.
Очень вкусные завтраки на крыше отеля: шведский стол + приготовят яйца как нравится, есть фрукты, овощи.
И великолепный сервис: решат любые вопросы, очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда идёт на встречу.
