All The staff. Especially Rachana Devkota. She is so charming and lovely
The breakfast was amazing
The rooms clean and comfortable with a very big bed.

Nice Place in Thamel
Pros:

It is a nice central Hotel with cozy and comfy Rooms . Staff is very nice too . Kitchen is top.
And a Very Nice Roof Top Terrace as well is there available .

We liked the staffs very much and location. It wasnot clean, moldy shower curtains. The sink area was so yucky we staye

staff were good and food was excellent but they need to take care what they provide inside the room and it’s facilities

not fully satisfied that i have paid and get the services as i have booked the nice room but didn’t get a single batt robes slippers or anything in the room as per room and it’s quality

Overall the experience was good however they have a big space for improvement in cleanliness(molds).
Pros:

The breakfast was superb. Staffs were helpful. Value for money. Good room service.

Cons:

One of their room smelled like mold and there were molds in the bathroom walls and curtains. But on our request they immediately provided us with another room.

Pros:

There was nothing to like it

Cons:

Cleaning was worse and the utilities and facilities that are shown in website didn’t meet anything. There was no stayover cleaning too.
