Should’ve given me some sort of refund. Hotel needs closing and refurbishing
Pros:

The location is good for being in the city centre.

Cons:

The hotel is run down. It looks old, it smelt funny. I was shown three separate rooms and each one was run down, tired and the decor was all over the place.

And to top it all off, after refusing to stay there. The hotel didn’t give me my money back for any of the stay.

Excellent stay as usual 😊
Pros:

Excellent stay again. Spacious room, comfortable bed, powerful shower. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is central with easy access to the shopping centres, local pubs and restaurants. Have stayed there several times before and will definitely be staying there again.

Pros:

Was not happy with the stay, the picture was very misleading as the rooms look nice but wasn't the actual room we had. The room was not cleaned, and also having to put £100 deposit when it wasn't mentioned about it and not getting the money back straight away and having to wait for it. Would not reprimand this place to anyone.

Cons:

The place says that it doesn't tolerate loud noise even though the room next to us was slamming doors, the TV was on really loud and the hallway snelt like cat piss. The receptionist was quite rude and was not happy with the stay at all.

What you'd expect for the price.
Pros:

It was what expected for the price. Kettle in the room.Comfortable & enough space. Handy location for the station & wetherspoons.! Staff helpful & friendly. Allowed us to leave bags in reception before check in. Plenty of hot water for bath/shower

Cons:

No breakfast available.Room a little shabby, .

Lovely central hotel
Pros:

Hotel is central to Hull. 4 minutes walk from the railway/bus station. Wetherspoons just 4 minutes walk away. Room was clean and fairly well equipped. Bed comfortable, but pillows a bit thin. Shower was hot and powerful. Tea and coffee facilities available. Receptionist very friendly and gave us extra milk

It was good not so bad
Pros:

Location is really good, in the middle of the city. Staff was really friendly and soft spoken. Rooms were neat and clean, atmosphere was nice as well. But there were no body and face washes in the bathroom and there was just one toilet roll.

Rude service complete scam payed by booking.com and asked us for £200 when we got there as a deposit and because I didnt want to pay it they cancelled the room DO NOT BOOK WITH THUS SCAM HOTEL!!!!

Decent budget hotel
Pros:

Staff on the reception were extremely polite and helpful, specially as a blue badge holder i was allowed to park outside the hotel if/when there was a space.
Yes the prices were cheap and it is a budget hotel but you get a bed to rest your head ,TV and kettle ! The bed mattress and pillows were quite firm BUT I had a brilliant night's sleep!!
My only 2 complaints are that the bathroom sink didn't have a correct size plug and you couldn't turn radiator on to heat the room up as it was rather cold.

Amazing experience start to finish
Pros:

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, my favourite hotel when staying in Hull, the staff could not do enough for me, the junior suite is huge and the jacuzzi is a brilliant touch. Fantastic hotel highly recommend
