Breakfast was good, the lady at the front desk was great!
Location. Staff.
Bathtub would not drain. Had dirty towels. Front door was built badly with bright lights shining thru the door. Windows didn't block light at all. Had to use blankets and pillows to try and block all the light . The breakfast eggs and meat were basically plastic. Spent a lot of money for a 40$ value.

Great service
We were on a return trip home to MI after visiting our daughter in Austin. We have stayed in this Hampton a few times and always found it quiet, clean and comfortable. It is easy to locate, just off the x-way. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable about local area and dining. There are a couple of good restaurants within a mile of the Inn with excellent food, service and friendly staff. We would definitely continue to stay in this Hampton when traveling to Texas.
Super convenient after a long day of driving as it just off the interstate with a gas station and food options all within walking distance, major plus that Walmart was directly behind the hotel. They had designated parking for people traveling with trailers which is always appreciated.
Sound insulation could have been a bit better as you could hear the interstate.
Front desk was very helpful. Cleanliness okay, breakfast okay, Limited TV channel selection options but I think that that is the new norm these days.
When you could get ahold of staff they were friendly and helpful. Dog area wonderful. Surpasses many.
Phone rang at front desk at night and was never answered. Staff never visible to guests if needed.
Great location, was clean
Pillows were awful, bed wasn't very comfortable & the price online was $150 a night, at the hotel I was charged $170. We went across the street the next night for $90 cheaper & it was much more comfortable.
