Great service
We were on a return trip home to MI after visiting our daughter in Austin. We have stayed in this Hampton a few times and always found it quiet, clean and comfortable. It is easy to locate, just off the x-way. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable about local area and dining. There are a couple of good restaurants within a mile of the Inn with excellent food, service and friendly staff. We would definitely continue to stay in this Hampton when traveling to Texas.
Super convenient after a long day of driving as it just off the interstate with a gas station and food options all within walking distance, major plus that Walmart was directly behind the hotel. They had designated parking for people traveling with trailers which is always appreciated.
Sound insulation could have been a bit better as you could hear the interstate.
Front desk was very helpful. Cleanliness okay, breakfast okay, Limited TV channel selection options but I think that that is the new norm these days.
When you could get ahold of staff they were friendly and helpful. Dog area wonderful. Surpasses many.
Phone rang at front desk at night and was never answered. Staff never visible to guests if needed.
Great location, was clean
Pillows were awful, bed wasn't very comfortable & the price online was $150 a night, at the hotel I was charged $170. We went across the street the next night for $90 cheaper & it was much more comfortable.
Great location and clean
Frankly there is not much around so if you're in the area this is your place. Recently renovated rooms and hallways make it bright and friendly. Bigger TVs were going in as I was departing (bummer) but that will complete the upgrade.
Tech worked well. Still not a fan of the "pick a temp" thermostat as it does not have a "fan run" option.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Highway noise but not bad during sleeping hours. Also room location is important from a noise standpoint.
Note, there are not many dining choices nearby. Not the hotels fault but be aware.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is consistantly a 5 star stay and one of my favorites.

Breakfast was okay. The location was great for our trip.
The bed and the blue light flashing all night was horrible! It kept me awake and nauseous.
Clean large room. Comfortable bed. What's not to like?
