The owners are a delight, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always on hand to help with a smile.

This is a really lovely family run hotel in a great location. The pool was clean and our room was comfortable. There were always staff cleaning, maintaining the property and available to help. Kyle was particular helpful. He booked 2 trains for us which I was unable to book using my U.K. credit card.

The only area for improvement would be the WiFi. We were told the signal was best by the pool and restaurant, however we found it was very poor everywhere and frequently dropped out. This was frustrating as we were also unable to use data on Airtel. The hotel seems to be in a mobile phone black spot. If you walk a short distance along the road signal is good, however we had monsoon rains while we were staying so this was not always a practical solution.

Apart from the WiFi I can’t fault the hotel. Good value for money.

Its a quiet place and well maintained lawns. Enjoyed the swimming pool and restaurant on-site. Short walk to the beach. Would be good for hotel to provide the hair shampoo products to guests.

How to start, the ambience, cleanliness, hospitality, service everything was perfect. This was the best stay I ever had during during my vacations.

Clean and neatly maintained. Supportive staffs. Walkable to beach as well as main road. Calm and silent location. Breakfast options could be improved.

The staff at the property were the most helpful, kind, and professional that I have encountered.

I am glad i selected this resort which is close to my fav beach spot plus the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and cooperative. I am going to book this hotel again for my future Goa trip..

I have stayed there for 4 nights alongwith my spouse and enjoyed the trip a lot. Excellent property, very clean room, bathroom and other areas. Very professional and staffs are also excellent. I definitely recommened my friends and family for this property.Location is also walking dustance from beach. Overall awesome....I will always prefer to stay here whenever comes to Goa.

Very well located nearby to Calangute beach and centre where you get food and options available. Beautiful pool view gives you a feel of 5*. Amazing ambience and daily well maintained cleanliness. Very well mannered staff make it one of the best stays ever in goa....

Great place, very clean and pleasing environment. pool was just awesome food is great . very close to beach and shacks 2 mins walkable. owners are very down to earth and take care very nicely.

The owners Maria and Stanley were very welcoming hosts nothing was too much trouble. They heard it was our 30th
anniversary and provided us with flowers, a lovely cake and card. They also helped arrange a taxi tour and fishing trip.
They truely are lovely lovely people.

The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Bed linen is changed every couple of days and bath towels are fresh daily.

Good value for money

Excellent budget hotel, Not only is it close to the beach, but the Holiday street leading to Calangute is right next to it.
The staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms, the pool, and the hotel premises in general are clean.
Food is generally good, although they would do well to increase the number of options in the menu, provided that it does not affect the food quality.
Overall very comfortable and enjoyable place. I would definitely prefer this place for any trips to north Goa.

Well maintained hotel and great value for money!! Simple, yet beautiful and clean. Owner and his wife are charming.

It's little difficult to understand how this place has such high rating.Its not a hotel with full services,it's more of a B&B inn.
1.No room service.being a family and couple focused hotel room service should have been there,but sadly it's not.
2.breakfast is the most let down for the price they charging.
a.Eggs to choose from or poha or puri bhaji
b.juice of the day(it's orange most of time"Tropicana")
c.tea or coffee.
3.No complimentary water
4.No toiletries provided(just small margo soap)
5.They have a written notice not to eat anything in the room!!!!
6.its not a 3 star property
The Room is decent,the house cleaning is good.
The owner lady is polite.
But there are much better places with more amenities for the price you pay.

Very nice staffs, well maintained resort, neat and clean and spacious rooms, nice facilities and the swimming pool is also very good. We stayed for 4 Nights and we had a great experience with no complaints.
