-sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Inhaber selbst (er macht sogar die Frühstückseier nach Wunsch selbst)
-viele Parkplätze, geschützt, ruhig gelegen, gute Verkehrsanbindung
-Zimmer & Bad geräumig, viele kleine "Extras"/Annehmlichkeiten
