Breakfast was awesome and location was great! By far and away the 2 best things about the stay.
Service on arrival was pretty average.
Room was tiny for the money paid.
Rooftop bar was closed(it was a public holiday so understandable).
There was no iron in the room, no robes.
TV and functions need an upgrade.

The location, comfort, breakfast, staff, parking ease were all exceptional. We have stayed at many places in the CBD from the Ritz, all Hiltons, all Crown and many other hotels and this place is hands down the best. Amazing value for money, location to transport, entertainment and Elizabeth Quay. Roof top bar and restaurant is an absolute bonus.
