Wonderful stay with amazing views and friendly staff

Bath wouldn’t fill up properly as the plug seemed to be broken so it was leaking the whole time.

Great location, great room and really enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious with very modern fitout. Bed was really comfy and the bath / shower section was top class. All staff encountered were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is positioned very close to the cruise terminal (bonus for us as we were going on a Swan River cruise). Really appreciated the use of an umbrella as it was threatening rain as we were going out.

Cons:

Parking is provided at Wilsons Parking next door. This is definitely not a new parking station and the bays are quite narrow, so much so, i had to drive out to let me partner into the passenger side. Access to the hotel from the parking could be cumbersome. Breakfast is at a separately owned 'bistro' in the foyer of the hotel. Servings were fine but be prepared to wait for your meal. Included breakfast did not include any juice, just one meal selection and one coffee.

Perfect location, welcoming staff and affordable price.
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was neat and really clean and quiet. We were able to leave our bags after check out rather than drag them around the city before bussing it home. Would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming and well managed!
Pros:

The service upon arrival was incredible, the hotel rooms were clean and very well presented. The additional birthday message left was very wonderful and we sincerely appreciate it!
