Location & staff
Not really any gluten free options for breakfast & food was a little pricey upstairs in the restaurant
We did not eat breakfast.
The shower door leaked water.
Ideal location, lovely window box seats to look at the Elizabeth Quay, comfy beds, clean, lovely staff and better coffee than any of the local coffee shops!
There were no negatives with this hotel.
All.
Zentrale Lage.
Always clean, comfortable beds and rooms.
I have had the same staff twice in two weeks and they look like they would rather be anywhere else.
My friend and I were staying as it was my hens night , came in overflowing with heavy bags to take to the party and no one offered even a trolly to help.
We then requested some assistance, they said yes and disappeared.
Also weird that we cannot even order anything to the room until after 5.
Nice small hotel in a good location.
Excellent location, clean and very helpful friendly staff
Hangers were too high for me to reach
Loved its location
Could just have a few more bowls cups and cutlery if you want to make your own food
Lage
Clean, pretty, compact and very accessible to most places. Loveits accessibility to Elizabeth Quay, beautiful areas
Caught us by surprise that a standard room has no view, it can be claustrophobic.; it’s a pleasant room tho
I loved how it was convenient to the venue we went to and location of bars etc.
I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t go to other floors. We had about 7 other couples staying and every time we wanted to meet up at a room we had to go to ground level to collect them. I’ve never experienced that before. Fridge in the room was tiny.
Had a late Check Inn (after 12am) and George was so lovely and accommodating.
The bed and pillows are one of the best! And I normally struggle with hotel pillows.
I was only there to sleep, but next time I might select a larger room.
Breakfast good. Excellent location
Pillows uncomfortable, parking spaces a bit tight
