Friendly and courteous staff, ease of booking, room was amazing with fantastic views of Elizabeth Quay.
Bed was huge and really comfortable and room was very clean
Excellent location within walking distance to most places, very central 👌

Cons:

We only stayed overnight and wished we could have stayed a bit longer to really enjoy the room and other facilities other than that can't say anything negative

We loved it! Location is fantastic!! Everything was great!
Pros:

I wasn’t that happy with breakfast or the coffee. Had scrambled eggs and I think they were cooked in margarine or some oil, they just had a funny taste. The restaurant was nice and warm and had a nice feel about it.

Was a very comfortable experience.
Pros:

It was clean, aesthetically pleasing, located in an easy to reach place, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the room was a lot smaller than I expected, but even then it wasn’t tiny or claustrophobic and was still very comfortable.
