Very smart hotel in a great location just across the street from Elizabeth Quay . Room was a very nice design with some nice touches . Great staff were very helpful and friendly . Coffee in cafe by reception was excellent . Would definitely stay again .
Perhaps another hook to hang towels in bathroom and a rack to put suitcase on in room but really all was very good
Location, overall feel/vibe, modern, cleanliness
Rooms were tiny and lack of desk for work in room was annoying. I prefer clear windows for natural light, and access to open windows/balcony, would have been nice to know this before booking.
Low toilet not disability friendly
The large room, beautiful fit-out, great central location, and helpful staff. I didn't eat at HQ Bar, as we'd reserved somewhere else, but I regretted that when I saw the menu - we'll be back for cocktails and dinner!
Would have loved some biscuits with the coffee/tea-making facilities! Also, please install some lights over the mirror in the bathroom, back-lighting makes it difficult putting on make-up.

- Cleanliness was for the most part thorough. There was a used flannel left from previous guests over the top of the shower faucet.. likely missed because of height. But otherwise the room and ensuite was spotless.

No safe way to get from your parked car to the hotel entrance.
Walk up the Wilson's driveway via the boom gate.
If you're travelling with family or friends, requiring wheelchair access, drop them off at the front door before you park your car or they will find it difficult to get there safely. Once at the front there is a ramp.
Location was great, breakfast was all you could ask for
The room was very compact,which was fine. With only one bedside table we could have done with one the other side of the bed.
