Pros:

空港からシャトルバスが出ているが、片道90分で、１日一本のため、やや不便。スイスのロッジのようなクラシカルな外装と内装が心地よい。ただし什器や細かなところは、全体に古びている印象を受ける。温泉は泉質がよく、快適。ただ、宿泊客が多いと大浴場も手狭に感じると思う。特筆は、夕食。本当においしかった。この夕食を食べにここまで来たとおもえるほど。

何もかもバランスが良くてまた泊まりに行きたいです。
サーヴィス、さりげないおもてなし、食事、環境、衛生的な面も部屋の設えも、料金共に今時パーフェクトに近いホテルと感じました。

とても静かなホテルで、歴史を感じる建物でした。
年老いた両親との宿泊でしたが、ちゃんと客室一番手前のお部屋を用意していただき、助かりました。

お盆なのにゆったり優雅に過ごせました！！
Pros:

お盆休み間近にあわてて探してなんとか8月13日から一泊の部屋が取れました。
部屋はクラッシックで広々としてとても良い雰囲気でした。
もちろん、お盆休みなので混雑を予想していましたが、夕食前の大風呂もガラガラでゆっくり入浴できました。
ディナーもレストランは慌ただしい雰囲気はまったくなく優雅に過ごせました。
ホテルマンから聞いたところによると、サービスを優先して満室にはしない方針とのこと、そうか！！と納得しました。
ゆったり過ごしたい人には最高のホテルです。
お土産も良さげなのがあれこれあってたくさん買って帰りました。

没有电梯对腿脚不便者很不便
Pros:

古老的酒店，没有电梯不方便；温泉是有硫黄的那种，10分钟就得出来。西餐厅超棒！

長崎県の秘境温泉ー雲仙
Pros:

40年ぶりの雲仙でした。学生時代にあこがれていた雲仙観光ホテルにようやく宿泊できました。普賢岳の噴火が以前あり大きな災害が起こりましたが、今はとても静かなところです。ホテルの周りは散歩道が充実しているし途中地獄もありますのでなかなかのものです。名物は湯煎餅。ホテルのお風呂はレトロでとても気持ちいいものでした。長崎から定期バスで来ましたが、一日３本しかなくご注意ください。

建物のメンテナンスをしっかりされクラシックな雰囲気がとても良かったです。料金が高いのは仕方ないかも。周辺の観光スポットに関する相談をしましたが期待するようなアドバイスが貰えず コンセルジュの対応がよければ完璧だったのに
