Golden Villa

A great 3 star hotel that was value for the money paid. Clean, spacious and air conditioned room, with comfortable bed and daily housekeeping. Easy access to Jomtien and Pattaya central from main road, yet hotel relatively quiet. Nice small pool that was used a few times. Staff extremely friendly and good humoured, who were always helpful when needed. For a budget stay in Pattaya that is value for money, would definitely recommend Golden Villa for a cheap stay when visiting.

I stayed here for about 9 days and enjoyed it. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The room is nice enough with a bath and balcony I enjoyed. It was good they gave me a kettle as I enjoy a coffee or tea. The location I enjoyed being a bit away from the real busy noisy crazy area of Pattaya. But still close just 10 mins on the baht bus or about 25 minute walk. The pool looked ok but not enough to make me want to go in.

This is a great hotel that represents good value. Do yourself a favor and get a deluxe room with a balcony over the pool. Staff are friendly. Great location to go to downtown Pattaya or Jothemim Beach.

The door to the room is not self-locking. You will not lock yourself out accidentally. Remember to lock the door when you leave.

Absolutely perfect location, close enough to everything, but far enough from the congested areas! Well kept facilities, wonderful staff, no complaints whatsoever!

an Excellent budget hotel, big rooms, superb staff, lovely pool and great location. Et the back of the property is a real gem of a restaurant called Andre's, that man knows how to cook and the plat du jour is always superb 3 courses for under 300 baht.
Baht bus is 10 Baht to either Pattaya or Jontiem and there is one every two minutes from the main road outside the Hotel.
Cleaners were great (Tell them that you will put some small change on the dresser as a tip each day 20 baht. if you dont tell them they will not take it.)
Big shout out to the front desk staff they go the extra mile to ensure a great holiday. the hotel has no bar and they would put our own pool beer in their fridge so that we didn't have to go up to our rooms for refills.
7/11 and Topps supermarkets just across the road.
couple of bad points, they need to invest in some better pool furniture with parasols and some chairs. and the buildings could do with a lick of paint all in all an excellent stay which didnt damage the wallet.

The hotel does not have a lift. Has sun on the pool most of the day but only has 2 sun beds.

Is cheap, close to town and has good hosts. Rooms cleaned daily and has pool.

So what my water stayed lukewarm the whole time never got hot. My room mirror was cracked like someone was in a fight before I got there . The room did not look like pictures.

The golden villa is in a great location, 5 mins on bolt to beach. Hosts are great and very helpful. Shops are close and has a good breakfast place across the road.

Nice convenient to all the attractions 10 baht bus takes you in to town but a special mention for the staff mainly the boys who manned reception we had a few personal issues and they were very professional and human to our problems many thanks to them

No breakfast available. That wasn't a problem for me because I buy my own fruit.

It's a basic hotel with a pool and good aircon and WiFi. That's all I expect for the price. The staff are pleasant with enough english skills to communicate effectively. I've stayed here before and will again. Not flash but comfortable 👍

I have to say a big thankyou to the staff. Especially the two Thai staff. They worked hard to make sure their customers are happy.
