Hotel is clean
We stayed at the hotel from May 28 to May 31. We were extremely happy with our stay — the hotel was nice and clean. However, I returned home without my favorite black Prada dress.
I only discovered it was missing after I got home. I am 100% certain it disappeared at the hotel because I traveled with carry-on luggage only. It was a perfect situation for someone to take it, knowing that when people are packing to leave, they usually just check whether they have packed everything, not whether every item is still there.
I packed all my belongings, flew home, and then realized the dress was gone. I called the hotel, but they said they had not found anything. I even asked friends in Turkey to help; they contacted the manager as well, but the result was the same. The only conclusion I can draw is that it was taken by a member of the housekeeping staff.
A hotel where staff steal from guests is unacceptable. Make sure to check your belongings carefully. This completely ruined my impression of the hotel and spoiled what had otherwise been a wonderful vacation.
I am absolutely sure that this hotel worth its money !

Modern hotel, big bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
We arrived late on our first night so went with the airport transfer offered by the hotel at 140 euros…..when I checked they’d over charged us significantly so I booked our return journey at 58 euros….big difference in price for exactly the same car. Shame as the hotel was nice but management are too greedy!

Location, staff , service. Nawaf at the desk was very helpful and professional. The room service was fast and professional, from the gentleman at the restaurant and the ladies for cleaning service all with great attitude.
Nothing for me.
I travel a lot internationally for business and seen a lot of accommodations, but this is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed! It’s ultra clean, super spacious and does not smell like tobacco (which is quite common in the city). Even though the hotel is not new, all facilities are in pristine condition! Additional compliments to the staff, as I forgot some clothing in the closet - they carefully packed it for me and returned when I came to collect a suitcase after the checkout. It’s slightly pricey, but more than worth it if you are opting for a good level of comfort.
Seems like airconditioning unit in my room was slightly broken - once in a while it gave quite loud knocking sound, so I had to turn it off for the night time
The hotel was in perfect location for us as we were there for specific event. It is near a park. Everything was perfect and hotel stuff was very kind. They provided parking, as we were with a car.
