Staff was very friendly!
Refrigerator would not keep drinks cold, one light near the microwave not working,
My stay was very nice just need more help with the food area the bistro doesn’t have enough help. There needs to be 2 people working at all times.
We got in the pool But the Hot Tub was cold.
I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean.
Bathroom shower is older. Needed additional cleaning in crevices to remove pink and black mildew. The ice machine was rusted on outside. This was not appealing.

Room was clean and fire pit area was nice. Downside is that is near train tracks so you hear the train regularly.
Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, we were dismayed to discover that our rooms had been canceled. This was despite a prior phone call where we informed a staff member of our weather-related flight delay. The employee assured us that our rooms would remain available until our arrival the following morning. However, upon our arrival, the booking had been canceled. The staff offered no assistance and stated we would need to rebook at a higher rate, suggesting we look at other hotels on their computer.
Standard highway exit hotel. Clean room, but broken fixtures & parts
They gave my double queen bed away. Then told me they could only give me a room with a king bed. Was there for an event a Texas Tech and after being at the event all night, coming to the hotel just made it worse with the experience
Hotel was clean and accommodations very good. No breakfast was available and no suggestions were offered as to options. The staff person on Morning duty was very curt and unhelpful.
Great choice if you are looking to stay at a newer hotel.
Always loved staying here and the staff is so helpful and go above and beyond to make our stay feel like home
We stayed for two nights but our rooms were never cleaned during our stay because they only do it every other night and it wasn't scheduled during the days of our stay.
I did not like it the we were still charged full cost but did not receive any service in the rooms
My only complaint is they need to refresh their towels, wash cloths, etc. the ones they have are getting tired.

I had to pay out of pocket because Expedia did not keep my reservation active due to the flight by United Airlines was delayed and made me miss my flight. Had to stay the first night in Houston and missed the funeral service. My entire trip was ruined and I should receiev a full refund for the flights amd hotel for the trip. Very disappointed
