Hotel Le Terminus - super friendly!
Pros:

Lalla and the team were a joy to deal with, so very friendly :) we were able to store our bikes securely on site. The rooms had a brilliant view of the station, comfy beds and clean tidy room, windows that actually open too to get some fresh air in. The breakfast was really good too and set us up nicely for the day. Great location, would recommend.

N/A - we were made to feel really welcome.

Pros:

Location was very good, the breakfast was good and always asked if we required anything more.

Cons:

there was nothing that we required additionaly. the staff was very attentive and we felt we were their prime concern to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Nuit catastrophique d'image pour la patronne qui était super

L hôtel en général.
On vois que le ménage est fait mais que en surface
La literie est une vrai catastrophe tu est coucher dans le lit tu penche d un côté tellement que le matela est mauvais .
On veux lavé la petite en mettant le bouchon de la baignoire le cache tombe .celui-ci avait déjà été raffistole au silicone
Les armoires était toute arracher
Les joints du carrelage de la salle de bain était parti

Attitude; forgotten booking; room without windows; broken bathroom and bedroom fittings; lightbulbs not replaced; no lift (despite there being 4 floors of rooms); no air conditioning (and no acknowledgement of the heat). Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in during the last 30 years.

Pros:

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nebrnstrasse haben uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstückbufett ebenso. Auf Grund der aussergewöhnlich grossen Hitze am Anreisetag wurde uns ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, was sehr freundlich war und für Erfrischung sorgte. Ebenso wurden uns Karaffen mit Wasser auf das Zimmer gegeben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer Nr. 12 hat ein Fenster, das zum Dach des Nebengebäudes führt. Leider sind auf dem Dach die Aussengeräte der Kühlankagen und die Ablüfter der Restaurantküche installiert. Die Geräte verursachten ziemlichen, wobei man schlecht schlafen konnte, da wir wegen der Wärme das Fenster offen lassen mussten.
