Pros:

The people and facilities were very good. The one thing that I would give the lowest score would be they fumigated the property without giving us notice. We thought the building was on fire. We couldn't see more than a foot or two in front of us as we went down the stairs. I am vulnerable to pesticides and was very ill for two days. The only thing they offered was a late check-out at no charge. I thought they should have ordered something more for the illness they caused.

Pros:

For the price you pay, this is a great option to stay in Legian. Good location, friendly staff, rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing major but a few details would definitely improve the place: the balcony is nice but it has no chairs for you to sit and enjoy. A rack to hang wet clothes would be greatly appreciated too.

It was quiet,but close to everything, enjoyed there being a lift, breakfast was amazing,pool was great but could do with more steps in and handrail for mature age people and a few Xtra sunbeds otherwise lovely would stay again

Great stay, yummy food, friendly staff, awesome pool !
Pros:

The staff are so nice and friendly always willing to help and accommodate everything we needed, the pool was easily accessible right outside our door, room service food was so yummy and cheap, close to everything and clean, very cold air conditioning too! Breakfast was yummy also!

The bed was firm but I like soft bedding so might suit some ppl

Great location great staff nice and quite off busy street.
Pros:

Breakfast small but good, location excellent dont let the gangway put you off it is safe as. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
