Prinzipiell empfehlenswertes Hotel, allerdings nicht im Hochsommer.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Parkplätze und Garagen vorhanden, großes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug vorhanden
Fehlende Klimaanlage - durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone war es in der Nacht durch die geöffneten Fenster sehr laut
Der schroffe und laute Tonfall des Personals untereinander
Frühstück - die Auswahl war sehr spartanisch und es wurde nicht nachgefüllt

Every Guest has to pay the local tourist tax for every night they stay in the hotel.

this is better than your translation

Cons:

Woman at the reception very offensive, when I mentioned the tourist tax sign in english.

Hôtel central confortable et climatisé
Pros:

Le grand confort de la chambre . Nous sommes arrivés par temps de canicule et à notre grande surprise nous avions une chambre climatisée..d ailleurs booking ou le propriétaire de l hôtel devrait rajouter qu il y a la climatisation.
J ai aussi apprécié le parking juste devant l hôtel .
L accueil de la réceptionniste..
La générosité du petit déjeuner .
Bravo de vrais professionnels....

Pros:

Hemos pasado solo una noche en este hotel, hemos estado a.gusto..habitacion amplia y con aire acondicionado..la estructura se encuentra en pleno centro y el desayuno es un 10

Cons:

Es un poco incómodo no tener el ascensor pero bueno tampoco es algo que perjudica la estancia
No me gustó que mientras nos estábamos vestido para salir otro huésped de otra habitación entró en la nuestra abriendo la puerta con su llave

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt !
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet,sauber und gut ausgetattet. Das Frühstück mega abwechslungsreich und es fehlte einem an nichts - Daumen hoch !
Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt und man kann dort gut verweilen und viele Ausflüge machen.
Das Personal sehr freundlich,aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren zufrieden auch wenn es keinenAufzug gab und würden es wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert da der direkt am Hotel ist das hat gut geklappt. Lage ist sehr gut , direkt in der Fußgängerzone. ( war Nachts nicht zu laut ) Frühstück war sehr abwechsllungsreich und lecker.

Cons:

Kühlschrank wäre noch toll gewesen bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Waren nur 1 Nacht dort für Musical Besuch und waren zufrieden. Preis Leistung war ok. Auch 9 ,50 für den Hauseigenen Parkplatz fanden wir o.k.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville avec un parking rassurant.
Le restaurant très bonne et abondante cuisine ,le personnel très professionnel efficace à l’ecoute

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur ,chambre un peu exiguë ,mais pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur ( forte canicule) très bruyant si il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte

Wir hatten insgesamt einen echt schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Abendessen war echt sehr professionell und trotz Stress super freundlich!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sauber aber alles sehr alt , es gab kein Fahrstuhl.

Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Essen ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Bei grosser Hitze sind die Zimmer unglaublich warm und nachts kühlen die Zimmer nicht ab.
Kein Lift.

Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, war unser Zimmer zwar ok aber der Blick durch das Fenster offenbarte einen deprimierenden Abstellplatz.
