Great location, staff and room but uncomfortable beds/pillows with bad sleep
Pros:

Friendly staff.

Location was great with 5 min walk to train station and 15-20 minute train ride to London.

Pizza shop right next door and Tesco express a 5 min walk away.

Restaurant next door and small convenience store too.
Clean and tidy room.

Cons:

I read some reviews post booking and some people mentioned the beds not being comfortable.

Well I found out they were right and the beds offered no support except for the springs in your back (room two on floor one)

I get hard and soft mattresses and it’s personal preference but when you hear and feel the springs along with dips in the middle you know they are due for replacement.

Also the pillows were like sacks of loose foam that let your head sink right down to the springs in the mattress.

Needless to say not much sleep and this is the most important thing in my view as you’re out all day exploring.

If the beds and pillows were better I’d give this a better score and would recommend or book again…

Fantastic place and staff. Best place to leave your car and enjoy London.
Pros:

Location is amazing, very easy to reach London downtown. But also there are many handy stuff around the place.

Fair value for money, good base camp- Ideal for our purposes to visit family.
Pros:

Spacious, tidy, well presented and equipped. Ideal for a self catering short break.
Helpful staff. Clean apartment

1 tee bag for two.
Pros:

It was clean, and good condition facilities

Cons:

The bed mattress was horrible, couldn't sleep on the first night ended up with a back pain from it.
Raised the issue with the receptionist and they changed to a slightly better mattress.

It had one tee bag and 3 little coffe sachets, for a couple staying for 2 nights paying £145 per night, felt to greedy from the host.

Should offer more when u charge well.

Fan on the room was noisy all night combined with the bad mattress equal to a very bad night.

Voy en siila de ruedas(no me puedo poner de pie), cosa que comuniqué con un año de antelación al apartahotel, me cambiaron de apartamento distinto al que yo había reservado, me aseguraron que en este nuevo estaba todo adaptado y no fue así. El baño no lo estaba y no me he podido duchar en los cinco días que duró mi estancia.

Obiekt wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy sztućce, garnki. Dość czysto .

Cons:

Ogrzewanie było wyłączane w nocy co nie podobało mi się że względu na to że przebywaliśmy tam z bardzo małymi dziećmi w miesiącu październiku. Troszkę było odczuwalny zapach wilgoci.

Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived past the reception hours, but they kindly went back to the hotel to check us in. Fahrouz was very kind and even helped with the luggage and explained all the room facilities. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood and about 6 mins walk to the train station. Just a few stops to the main attractions in London like the Big Ben and the London Eye. Room has everything that we need & is perfect for a family of 4-5. Having a washing machine in the room is a plus. A local grocery and a chicken takeaway beside the hotel and if you like a bigger supermarket, Tesco is a 4-min walk.

Cons:

The 2-bedroom apartment is outside the main hotel and we had to walk up a flight of stairs. Not too bad really, but just inconvenient when you are carrying big luggages.

Place run extremely efficiently and perfect as a self catering stay
Pros:

The woman who runs this place is excellent. She runs a tight ship and the place is clean and welcoming. She showed me where I could park, which was in the nearby car shop's car park as their two spaces were taken and she was very kind and warned me to be careful in locking my car to be on the safe side. A lovely big, warm room with kitchen facilities and a decent shower. I was impressed.

Cons:

Maybe just be a little less frugal with the teabags! I genuinely don't think giving me just 2 teabags for a 2 night stay was enough! Apart from that nothing bad to say!
