Établissement bien situé et au calme

Un bon petit déjeuner , des gérants très sympathiques et à l’écoute des clients .
Bloc sanitaire un peu exigu qui a un peu gêné « les vieux « que nous sommes 😅😅

Douche trop petite et déjeuner pas trop diversifié.
• L'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de tout.
• Le distributeur à l'extérieur pour récupérer les clefs.
•Notre logement était au RDC donc pratique pour porter les affaires depuis la voiture garée en face.
• Chambre propre
• Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout, l'appartement du haut qui a donner des coups toute la nuit jusqu'à 1h30 du matin alors que nous voulions nous reposer après une journée difficile. On a très mal dormi à cause de ça.
Les gens ne respectent vraiment rien.
• La literie mauvaise, j'avais le dos cassé le lendemain matin.
• La salle de bain minuscule, ça m'a rappellé l'armée quand je vivais sur base. Pas pratique et confortable.
• Pas assez de papier toilette pour 2.
• Autre petit détail qui pourrait être amélioré: la poubelle trop petite pour y mettre ses déchets.
Nous avons fait remonter les problèmes et la dame de l'accueil nous a dit que la nuit chez eux était "la moins chère" de Pau. Oui en effet, mais ça reste un prix et pour passer une nuit comme celle là je préfère mettre mon argent ailleurs.
En bref une mauvaise expérience pour nous. Nous ne reviendront pas. Dommage...
