It was nice overall, receptionist can do better and find a better one.
Pros:

Location and the maintenance and cleanliness of the building was top notch as per the budget apartments were listed on.

Cons:

We were given a different apartment than the one we booked looking at the pictures, plus we were a family of 5 so we booked two multi bed rooms however we got rooms in two different buildings.
Also had trouble with the bath shower in one of the rooms, the door of the bath tub wasn’t the best hence leaking water all over the bathroom after one shower
Parking is tricky to find and instructions aren’t the best option plus the worst part was the receptionist she was very rude when talked to.

Zentrale Lage, fussläufig ca. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Großes Zimmer, hintenraus ruhig

Cons:

Sehr enge Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage, wenig einladend ist die Rezeption und der Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Wollten Tatort schauen, es gab keine ARD im Programm, Gardinen waren zum Teil aus der Schiene raus

Die Lage des Hotel ist zentral gelegen (10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Stadt) Das Zimmer war sehr groß .Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Kühlschrank 1Kochplatte vorhanden

Es fehlt eine Sitzecke für den Fernseher. Der Fernseher hängt an der Wand fest gegenüber vom Bett. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine nur Senseo. Fernseher funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, das hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Personal

Cons:

Gebucht hatten wir das Deluxe Studio.
Bei Eintreffen und dem ersten betreten unseres Zimmers traf uns allerdings der Schlag.
Wir standen in einer kahlen und lieblos eingerichteten Wohnung, die mit den Bildern beim Buchen nur wenig zu tun hatten.

Keine Bilder, kaum Möbel und insgesamt ein Flair, welches eher an Jugendherberge erinnert hat.

Wir gingen sofort zurück zur Rezeption und haben das Problem angesprochen.

Die wirklich sehr netten Mitarbeiterinnen erkannten unser Problem sofort und bemühten sich um eine Lösung.

So verbrachten wir die erste Nacht in einem Doppelzimmer, welches sehr luxuriös ausgestattet war und konnten am zweiten Tag in das Deluxe Studio einziehen, welches auch auf den Bildern im Netz zu sehen war.

Man hatte uns erklärt, dass es verschiedene Deluxe Studios gibt, welche alle den gleichen Preis kosten, jedoch vom Standard völlig unterschiedlich seien.

Mit schönen Zimmern werben, aber dann was ganz anderes am Ort vorfinden? Den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption schien das schon bekannt, denn der Ablauf nach unserer Beschwerde schien sehr routiniert. Aber sehr freundlich!


Am zweiten Tag kamen wir von unserem Ausflug in die Unterkunft und konnten die Türe nicht mehr öffnen.
Die Rezeption ist bis 17:00 Uhr besetzt, sodass man (20:00 Uhr) die ausgehangene Notfallnummer anrufen muss. Hier empfängt einen ein Roboter, mit welchem man erst einmal sein Problem besprechen muss, ehe ein echter Mensch ans Telefon geht.
Letztendlich konnte nur ein Mitarbeiter mit Gerätschaften am Ort die Tür öffnen.
Dieser schien der Chef der Anlage gewesen zu sein. Er war nach 5 Minuten am Ort und war sehr freundlich.
