Cons:

Wasserhahn in der Küche war kaputt, der Duschschlauch war kaputt, die Kleiderstange ist beim Aufhängen der Jacke abgefallen und hat mich fast getroffen. Leider war die Mitarbeiterin nicht kooperativ als ich am nächsten Morgen ihr darüber berichtet habe. Sie hat so getan als wäre es meine Schuld, da ich später angereist bin, als keiner an der Rezeption mehr da war, sie hätte mir wohl ein besseres Zimmer geben. Ich solle das nächste Mal direkt buchen um ein besseres Zimmer zu bekommen. Sehr schade, da der erste Aufenthalt viel besser war.

Pima hotel op een prima locatie tegen een goede prijs.
Pros:

De mogelijkheid om bewaakt te parkeren zodat de fietsen op de fietsdrager konden blijven staan,

Cons:

Op een kussen zat een vlek die er niet fris uitzag. Gelukkig eigen kussen bij ons.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.
Pros:

Ein sehr sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Großes Bad und nach 2 Tagen wurde das Zimmer sogar gereinigt. Sehr freundliche Reinigungskraft. Die Reservierung des Parkplatzes war unpraktisch. Die Lage ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der kleine Kühlschrank war leider nicht richtig kalt..

All in all, a good stay, would have been perfect, but the bed.
Pros:

Very nice hotel in the middle of Heidelberg. Super friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help.

Cons:

I would like better beds. A double (most likely queen size) bed, but with 2 separate mattresses does not work well.
