It was supper closed to the ADO bus station. In front of the of lots of available restaurants and at the ground floor is a restaurant the owner was super friendly and good portions.

The Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really just at the end of our stay, it was construction activities on progress and it was a bit noisy.

Pros:

Las habitaciones Deluxe, el estacionamiento gratuito, el personal, recepción 24h, ubicación, buena limpieza, ubicación del centro.

Cons:

Limpiaron la habitación aún dejando el cartel de no molestar, no fue un problema pero debería respetarse el cartel si está puesto.

Pros:

L’emplacement prêt de la gare routière.
Les chambres sont petites mais propres et correctement équipées.

Cons:

La chambre (204) trop prêt de la route cette fois ci. Bruyant !!

Practical overnight stay, very close to the ADO bus terminal.
Pros:

Like most hotels in Cancun, this one was above the price typical for places in the Yucatan (though well below the cost of hotels on the main beach strip). It's in the "old town", and for me its main advantage was that it's very close to the ADO bus terminal, for Valladolid, Merida, and beyond. That's why I booked it. Price aside, it was fine - I had a good room with good wifi and aircon. I didn't use the pool. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really, except the price, and in fairness, even this was probably about right for where it is in Cancun.
