Pros:

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this place. When we arrived, we got upgraded, apparently the room that we booked was under work. The place is nice, well places, clean.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staffs. Good size safety deposit box.

Cons:

No cup provided in bathroom, no hairdryer in the room although one can borrow it from reception. Would be nice if electric kettle is also provided.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche de tout, avec beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces à proximité.
J’ai oublié mon passeport sur place et ils ont été très aimables : ils l’ont conservé jusqu’à ce que je revienne le récupérer.
Je n’y ai passé qu’une seule nuit, mais tout s’est très bien déroulé.

Great for an overnight stop after a long flight.
Pros:

I picked this Hotel as it was near to ADO Cancun down town bus station. After a long flight from the UK I didn’t want a four hour bus journey to Merida on top of that. So I stayed at Hotel Parador for one night. Then caught the ADO bus in the morning. There are plenty of shops & eateries near by. The staff were very friendly and the room spot on.

Great place to stay for the price and location.
Pros:

Hotel Parador is a 5 min walk from the ADO bus station. It was extremely clean, quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable.

Cons:

The hot water was a bit delayed in the shower.

Pros:

The location was extremely convenient as it has basically everything you need around the area. From Oxxo to restaurants, from banks to other different shops. The main reason why we booked this hotel is that it's about 5 mins walk to the ADO station. The bed was comfortable. Okay for 1 night

It would have been appreciated if we would have known since the beginning that the room we booked wasn't renovated and old looking instead of finding this out at the check in moment, where, yes we have been offered the choice between that and a two single beds that instead was new, but still wasn't the room we booked originally. The room was overall good, however one of the bed sheet wasn't properly cleaned so we both slept on the same bed instead. Hot water wasn't really working and after 5 mins of running water only a slightly warm water came. No food or drinks are allowed inside the hotel which I can understand, however we went out around 6am and nothing was open to take a coffee and have a breakfast. Also when we left the room was still dark and there weren't any lights in the corridors to go down to the reception which isn't the best if you have to hold your luggage and torch to light up your way.

Excelente hotel Bueno, Bonito y Céntrico.
Pros:

Excelente hotel con su reciente remodelación, habitaciones estéticamente bonitas, alberca grande y bonita, elevador y su personal muy amable desde nuestra llegada. Hotel queda contra esquina del ADO, fácil moverte para el aeropuerto, los mercaditos locales, a las palapas y restaurantes buenos y económicos. Y ahi mismo en frente pasa el transporte que te lleva a todas las playas, o en ADO puedes tomar el TURIBUS para tomar ruta centro, o ruta playas donde puedes ir a una playa y en dos horas pasa en el mismo punto que bajaste y puedes bajar en otra. Me ecanto!! El siguiente mes vuelvo.
