Very nice say
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location and has been renovated recently. It is extremely clean and the free breakfast was better than many other hotel I have stayed in.
We had a couple of issues with the room, but the staff went out of their way to resolve any issue immediately. hotel in in an excellent location

Pros:

Staff were amazing and breakfast was superior.

Cons:

TV in room was not working properly. Pull out bed wasn't comfortable at all. Bathroom door opened right into the toilet.

Pros:

Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. Were there with a 12 and under girls hockey team for a tournament and the facility was very accommodating. Good breakfast and friendly attendant. All good!

Ask for non karaoke side of hotel if you want to relax and sleep
Pros:

Karaoke across the street an a weeknight. So if you want to sleep, ask for the “non-karaoke” side of the hotel. It’s not their fault and they did offer to move my room. Still, it was exasperating to only realize this was going on after I unpacked and tried to sleep after a hellacious travel experience. Limited food options despite downtown location. Breakfast was excellent though.

Pros:

The bed was great and the staff were very friendly and the room was big but my overall experience wasn’t good! I can easily see how this could become a 9.4 hotel but unfortunately today I could not rate them above a 6.00.
I was there 9 days before having my room cleaned, blown lights in the room and fridge.. I really found front desk staff and maintenance staff to be awesome and once the housekeeping Manager was informed about my room, things turned around!

Quick mom & dad getaway.
Pros:

We liked our studio king room, location of hotel which has restaurants within 500 ft and other activities within walking distance, and on Sunday was the aksarben farmer's market. We already booked again and will keep coming back for our stays.

Cons:

We didn't have anything that we didn't like.
