The room I booked with you did not exist. I had to pay out of pocket for the correct room. I have disputed the charge with Amex. Your website is out of date and false advertising.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I don't think I have honestly stayed anywhere else that made me feel like a priority.

Cons:

I will say it did seem like the attention to maintenance was a tad low. For example, the seal on the bottom of my room door was torn.

Staff was great. Amenities were great.

Cons:

Wasn't as clean as it could of been. I was expecting 2 separate bedrooms because that's what the description said bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. But there was just 2 beds in a room. That was very disappointing.
