Cons:

If I am going to pay $75 to have my dog with me, I expect for said dog to not nearly choke on a beer bottlecap in the room. That def makes me question the cleaning standards….

The decor was old and the tub was worn. Carpets were also worn . All furniture was worn. Couch had seams coming apart

One to remember. Will definitely book again when in Pensacola

The clean smell when walking in. This is one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. We only book Hilton & Marriott hotels & this was by far THE CLEANEST Hampton we’ve ever been to. Beds 10, breakfast 10, staff 10, especially Felicia. She greeted me cheerfully upon check-in & checked on us throughout our stay. Even housekeeping staff greeted us as we walked through the halls each morning. There was one who was especially nice, but I can’t remember her name. (She is taller than the other ladies.)
Oh & I must add they have THE BEST hotel coffee I have ever had!!

Good location, but very dirty room
Cons:

Sheets and bedding were dirty. Had food dried up under the covers. Windows were filthy. Towels had blood stains on them. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.
