Location, breakfast, parking, and the fact that it’s dog friendly.
They brought a nice little house and bowls for the four-legged guest 😀

Cons:

There is an additional charge for pets, which 100% fair and justifiable, and you get assigned to a pet friendly room, so as not to leave other rooms smelling. This is also a very good practice. The only catch is that the pet friendly room smells really bad, with severely stained carpets. They could use the extra charge to deep clean those carpets.

This hotel is great! Upon arrival, the concierge opens the car door for you to take your luggage. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk also prepared warm cookies. There was lemonade and black tea and some snacks in the lobby as a welcome drink. The room was great. We booked two connecting rooms, which is convenient for family living. The only thing that needs improvement is that the air conditioning seems strange. No matter how I set the air conditioning in one room, it is not cool enough, and no matter how I set it in the other room, it is freezing cold. Because there are children staying, I asked the front desk for a bed guard. Later, the child had a fever and borrowed a thermometer. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are actually quite average, with a lot of variety, but the taste is not very delicious.
