My day was very pleasant. The staff was exceptionally nice. Kudos to them.

The advertised pool /hot tub has been closed atleast 2 years, beds were rock hard, toilet flush sounds like a jet engine taking off next to your ears, supposed Breakfast was 3 slices of bread, a bagel, and NOTHING to even put on them, few bananas, 3 unmarked chutes of cereal, and nothing else! Not even coffee at 7am, the desk staff was annoyed our arrival interrupted her smoke break upon arrival and in the am she was bitching to a guy about "having to force herself asleep last night to be back in by 5am to set up breakfast"... what breakfast!?!!? That would've taken 2 minutes to do! The curtains were more decorative than functional and the a/c units control panel lid was busted off, AND lastly, the walls are apparently paper thin because neighboring room TV was so loud I could clearly hear the show on TV until pike 2am!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Pros:

It was good for going to the renaissance faire. Room was clean. Check in and check out was easy.

Cons:

Tv needs fixed. Bathroom fan needs to be better. Air conditioner was not working all the time. Breakfast could be better.

Good for a last minute, no other option hotel.
Cons:

I paid for a room with one queen sized bed including a kitchenette. The front desk staff was ignorant upon arrival; the side parking lots have no lighting so they are very dark. The ice machine was out of order both days. And the room was so small and had two queen beds and no kitchenette. There wasn’t even enough room for a chair in the room! And there wasn’t any mirrors in the room except the little bathroom vanity mirror.

Pros:

The restrooms were closed and two of us have bowl issues so it was hard to organize our potty use without the other one being in pain due to only one bathroom.

If I come back to the area I will stay in the same hotel it is the second time I have been there.
