It was great no complaints everything went smoothly and when things did out of hand in the evening ! Tammy took care of

How close it was to the REN Faire ! It was clean Tammy made checking easy with no problems !! Great Employee she made she we had plenty stocked when we entered for breakfast she had it restocked very quickly !!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Run down, no amenities. We could hear all the people on either side of our room. Vending machines weren’t working. Breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even have water for us. The staff wasn’t helpful and was actually rude. They over charged us and are refusing to even provide an explanation. When I called to inquire they would not help me, I asked to speak with a manager and for the name of the person who I was speaking to and she hung up up on me.

The staff were nice.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, shampoo was basically water, stairwells had the same trash in them the whole time we were there.
