Pros:

I liked that it was only a block from my doctor. So the location was perfect for us. It was clean and had a welcoming feeling the moment you walked in. The room was spacious. Didn't feel like you were cramped in a little room. It felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little better. Maybe a few different options. It wasn't bad but could use a little more options. One shouldn't have to worry about a dr appointment and getting a decent Breakfast.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The beds were hard tje pillows were flat .wasn't even in the room 5 minutes and the front desk called and said the kids were to loud.we were in the care for 10 hours.

Pros:

The location is perfect if you're traveling for medical purposes. The bed was very comfortable and the room is very nice sized. The breakfast options were very nice and had healthy options as well. It was quiet for how full the parking lot was and staff was very friendly upon check in and check out.

Cons:

The only thing that we really didn't like was the pillows. While the beds were very comfortable the pillows were too soft and there were not enough pillows to offer proper support. The bathroom door was a sliding door which was a bit difficult to access if it got pushed all the way in.

Overall it was a nice place to stay if you can afford it financially and can stand uncomfortable beds.

The bed was uncomfortable , also, the price for families who kids have constant medical appointments and procedures, is not compensated like other hotels.

Excelente personal, en especial la joven que esta a cargo del front desk, estuvo todo el tiempo a disposición de mi familia.

Pros:

Great for families. Great location for less traffic people. Between downtown and the empire mall. Breakfast was hot n great selection. Waffles!!!!!
