Uitstekend hotel aan het strand
Pros:

Bij aankomst werden we te woord gestaan door een hele vriendelijke medewerker die ons informeerde over onder andere de tijden van de shuttlebus. Overigens waren alle medewerkers heel vriendelijk. Daarbij is de locatie van het hotel echt fantastisch. Direct aan het strand en heel rustig. Het hotel zelf bestaat overigens uit meerdere huisjes en een gebouw met hotelkamers. De opzet is echt ontzettend leuk! De kamer zelf is heerlijk ruim met een fijn balkon. Wij (mijn zoontje en ik) hebben erg goed geslapen op het bed en het ontbijt was relatief eenvoudig, maar goed! Wij komen absoluut terug 😀

Not the quality stay one would expect
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Scenery from the room was gorgeous.
We left early in the morning, before the restaurant opened so they arranged for sandwiches, juice boxes and fruits to be brought to our room at night so we could have breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel's facilities are dated, it's past due an overhaul. Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle service to the airport but did not plan for the first plane of the day, meaning we had to walk 30 minutes to the airport. Not the biggest problem in the world but seeing as it's not exactly the busiest airport in the world and it supposedly is a 4 stars hotel, it doesn't seem logistically impossible to organize it.
Restaurant was expensive and not really good. They also tried to overcharge us but reverted the charge right away when we confronted them.

La proximité avec la plage et l'aéroport.

Cons:

Manque de réactivité de la réceptionniste. J'ai envoyé des messages le soir pour savoir comment venir, des informations qui arrivent tard et peu précises dans le chat booking. De plus, injoignable par téléphone, pour décoincer la situation. Sinon, gardien très professionnel, et très aimable. Il ne faut pas arriver après 19h quoi.

Idéal pour aller voir les tortues sur la plage de San Pedro et pour reprendre l'avion de Sao Vicente

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel: el servicio que tienen gratuito para acercarte a Mindelo, la piscina y la ubicación (cerca de la playa de Sao Pedro)

Cons:

La señal Wifi no llegaba hasta la habitación, el acceso a la playa estaba conectado por una puerta que siempre estaba cerrada y a veces no había nadie que te abriese (lo que te obligaba a tener que dar toda la vuelta al recinto para poder acceder a ella) y el restaurante calidad-precio y variedad pésimo.

Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas y las almohadas

Cons:

El personal del hotel insulso, no hace nada por intentar ayudarte. El único que se salva es el señor que está en chiringuito de la piscina.

Las instalaciones no están cuidadas, de las piscinas solo tienen en funcionamiento una, la otra cerrada y el agua verde.
Para salir a la playa tienes que pedir que un empleado te abra la puerta y luego esperar que te abran ( si te ven) no te avisan que a partir de las seis no te van a abrir y tendrás que darte la vuelta.
El wifi solo funciona en la piscina y en el restaurante, en las habitaciones no funciona.
El restaurante deja mucho que desear, comida de muy mala calidad y cara, siendo lo único para poder cenar.
