Gostei muito da localização.

Cons:

Dentro do quarto tem outro quarto de acesso por uma escada metálica desconfortável, neste outro quarto, para acessar o banheiro precisa subir essa escada. O banheiro é minúsculo, na verdade nunca tinha me hospedado em um hotel com um banheiro tão pequeno.

Custo benefício com segurança e boa cama!
Pros:

A localização é o cargo chefe da hospedagem. Se você é um viajante que prefere custo benefício e não é tão exigente com hospedagem, essa atende bem a esse público. A cama e os travesseiros sao maravilhosos, dormi muito muito bem. Como falei a localização também é muito boa, a poucos metros da praia e do lado do melhor restaurante de Fortaleza. O local é bem familiar então ótimo pra levar família. Seguro.

Cons:

O banheiro é bem pequeno, pra mim não atrapalhou, mais como disse, sou pouco exigente quanto a hospedagem, pois prefiro economia em vez de luxo. Também não tem elevador, então se tem dificuldade em locomoção não dar certo. Malas tbm grandes possa ser dificultoso devido as escadas serem curtas. Pra mim não interferiu, mais já avisando pra outros hóspedes futuro. Não posso falar sobre café da manhã pois não tomei no local, dormimos apenas 1 dia.
