Tienen que probar el buffet!! Tienen al personal más amable y cálido. La ubicacion excelente. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Volveremos ahí. Lastima que el estacionamiento sea fuera y se pagara pero el costo accesible y seguro así que eso está bien. De verdad los recomiendo mucho.

Cons:

Dar la opción que uno pague la habitación adelantado porque yo siempre llego tardisimo y avisé por mensaje que decía SUJETO A DISPONIBILIDAD. Por llamada me aseguraron que no me preocupara pero para evitar "sustos" sería bueno.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. The location is great, it is easy to walk anywhere downtown. I would definitely stay in Hotel San Marcos again.

Aceptable.
Pros:

En general la estancia de 4 días fue aceptable y la atención del personal muy amable; sin embargo, quiero señalar algunas limitaciones.
El desayuno fue bueno, pero limitado en variedad de estilos. La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero el tránsito de autos es intenso y la calle de acceso muy angosta, por lo que es difícil estacionarse. El estacionamiento del hotel en cierta manera resultó también aceptable, pero el espacio es pequeño y poco práctico cuando va una persona sola o personas de la tercera edad en vehículo, ya que una de las personas deberá bajar en la calle para avisar en la recepción de la llegada al hotel, mientras que la otra en el vehículo tendrá que continuar manejando hasta la calle paralela, atrás del hotel, y esperar a que le abran la puerta del estacionamiento, con toda la presión del tránsito.

Cons:

Un día por la mañana el agua fue suspendida por lo que me quedé enjabonado y sin poder completar mi baño, además de la tasa del sanitario que no pudo limpiarse sin el agua.

Las habitaciones muy comodas y confortables.

Cons:

El servicio de televisión no funciono en una de las habitaciones y la entrada al estacionamiento es muy estrecho y la calle muy angosta por lo que se nos complicó el poder ingresar al estacionamiento, ya que enfrente sobre la calle se encontraban coches estacionados.
