La tranquilidad y la paz que se respira
Me guardaron mi equipaje antes del check in y después del check out.
Está cerca de todo lo más importante.
Está bien ubicado.
El desayuno que venden es muy económico y bien servido y buen mesero.

La ubicación es muy buena, su arquitectura y distribución de espacios excelentes.
El personal sumamente atento y muy amable.
Todos los espacios y habitaciones muy limpios.

Cons:

Mucho ruido en la noche por parte de otros huéspedes y ruido del servicio de cocina por la mañana, las camas son medianamente confortables. Estos puntos de oportunidad una vez atendidos elevará mucho la calidad del hospedaje.

Diferencia de precio de reserva con la de mostrador a la hora de pagar.

La comodidad de los mobiliarios de habitación y espacios de baños.

Cons:

En esta ocasión a diferencia de anteriores el cobro en mostrador por la reservación de Booking fué mayor que la que realicé en la aplicación. El personal no me solucionó la inconformidad aún cuando les mostré el costo contratado en la aplicación en la pantalla de mi teléfono. Ellos argumentaron que el sistema les pedía un costo el cual daba una diferencia superior a los 100 pesos mx. Al final como estaba cansado y con hambre tuve que pagar lo que pidieron en la recepción.

It was a really good stay in all aspects

I would say I liked everything but, maybe the furniture could be renewed, specially the mattress, to be excellent!

The bedroom looked to me a little old, even when it was a really nice room, if you ask me, I would say that if they renew the furniture, the mattress, they would have an excellent hotel!!
