Для Ханоя отель просто супер.
ПС. На завтрак яйца бенедикт, о которых писали в предыдущих отзывах, уже не дают. Но завтраки хорошие (за исключением кофе).

Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une douche lors de notre départ en soirée.
Ils organisent des excursions et transferts directement pour vous.
Très belle piscine et double porte vitrée pour un silence total la nuit et très bonne literie.
Magnifique buffet au petit déjeuner et café préparé à la demande ainsi que les œufs et pho.

Pros:

Nice hotel, the room and common areas was very good standard. Loved the gym. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is in a construction areas, so the area around the pool was a bit noisy but not a big problem. However they were doing some small renovations inside the hotel it seemed during our stay. So waking up to sounds at 06.00 each day was not so fun.

Great stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The facilities were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for and comfortable throughout our stay. The room itself was great—spacious, clean, and relaxing.

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed happy to assist with anything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness really made our stay special.

Fantastic staff and excellent hotel. Very clean and the rooms very spacious and super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We had our own washing machine so was able to was my motor bike clothes after a 11 day ride from HCM city. located in an area away from the pollution and noise of old town. As a vegetarian the breakfast choices were very good and the tea was a treat as I missed it from the UK.

Estava lluny del centre tot i que ja ens va anar bé per les coses que haviem de visitar.
Pros:

L’hotel està bé, sense gaires comentaris més a afegir. Sent un hotel de 5 estrelles, hauria de ser millor. El servei de piscina, gimnàs o esmorzar està bé però es podrien millorar les instal•lacions.

Cons:

Ens van intentar cobrar un extra-càrrec al finalitzar l’estada. Vam dir repetides vegades que no haviem agafat res del mini bar. Ells van insistir dient que havia estat un dimarts per la nit, vaig haver de demostrar amb videos i fotos que aquell dia a aquella hora, estava al carrer fent turisme. També ens van demanar una fiança que no teniem contemplada a la reserva.
