جمال صالة الاستقبال وديكوراتها والإفطار ومكانه والمسبح والمرافق الصحيه والهديه المقدمه من الاستقبال عند المغادره ولطفهم

Cons:

موقعه بجوار عدد من المشاريع القائمه والمزعجه وكذلك عدم وجود حيويه في محيط الفندق اي بعيد عن الحياه والاهم الغرف وأثاثها لا تستحق خمسه نجوم وتعتبر شقق مخدومه وتصنيفه خاطئ

Relaxing and fun stay
Pros:

We really liked the room, it was very spacious and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The facilities were excellent, too, there's a big swimming pool, well-equiped gym, sauna and spa. We traveled with a toddler so we really liked that the hotel had an area for her to play, outside and inside and also a part for kids in the swimming pool.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

pleased with my stay. when I needed something for my room. very quick response and problem solved.
Pros:

breakfast was good. staff was professional and friendly. food was hot, good variety.

Amazing stay from start to finish
Pros:

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, room & staff all amazing. Outside the main hustle & bustle which we preferred… grab taxis really cheap to get around & into Hanoi Old Quarter etc

Luxury hospitality
Pros:

It is a kind of luxury feeling accomodation. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast is perfect. But the most satisfying was the staff and hospitality. We liked the pool and facilities for kids, billiard and the atmosphere. Massage is also a must try.

Cons:

The sorrounding area has less to do. Stay here if you need pool and be closer to the airport.

Der Kidsclub war super.
Unsere Tochter (1,5 Jahre) konnte sich gut beschäftigen. Wäre super, wenn die Spielsachen etwas gepflegter wären, aber sonst top.
