Highly recommend the hotel for a good place to stay when visiting Westlake area.
Pros:

Centrally located for lake, shopping malls and restaurants, although surrounded by major building works.
We had a lovely overnight stay. Check-in was organised and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was perfect, clean, spacious, well appointed with an outlook over the spacious pool and Westlake. (10 min walk from hotel)
Very good gym.
I had a pedicure at the spa which provided a clean and professional service

Cons:

Breakfast was not 5*
We arrived at 9am ahead of a 10am finish and a lot of options had finished ie) no boiled eggs, no salad… despite this we were satisfied with what was available

Pros:

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The location was a little far from the centre, but it was a very cheap Grab to get there, so not a big problem.

Cons:

I didnt like the government building site across the road from the hotel, i wouldnt likely have booked this if id known about it, however the staff and the hotel itself did its best to make me forget the situation.

היה מעולה ממש, נחזור לשם!
Pros:

הצוות היה מדהים, נגיש, אדיב ומאוד רוצה לעזור.
החדר היה מעולה, קיבלנו חדר בקומה 3 (לבקשתנו), בגלל שאנחנו לא עולים במעלית בשבת (למרות שתמיד היה מישהו מהצוות שהציע להעלות אותנו במעלית). קיבלנו ביום שישי מפתח פיזי לשבת במקום הכרטיס האלקטרוני.

Cons:

האיזור בו נמצא המלון נמצא כרגע בשלבי פיתוח, אז היה בוץ מחוץ לתחומי המלון ועבודות בכביש.

Pros:

Grande chambre, grande piscine et grande salle de sport.

Cons:

Tout est en construction autour de l’hôtel.
La salle de bain très vieille, l’odeur de moisi dans la chambre et les petits déjeuners pas à la hauteur pour un 5 étoiles.

Very spacious room we booked (One-Bedroom Premium Apartment) bonus having a washing machine in your room. Plenty of space to move and leave your suitcase about. Great hotel facilities spa, pool, gym and the friendly staff.

Good hotel, helpful staff, good value, location would have been better without the building works

Cons:

bathroom fittings need some work (taps not fixed in place, short hose on shower head). Substantial development work ongoing outside the hotel (in June 2026), which looks as if it will continue for the foreseeable future.

The hotel is a few hundred yards away from things.
In the heat we experienced walking wasn't an option.
The TV had films listed, unfortunately most were released in 2011, but couldn't get these to play
