Disappointed.
Pros:

We picked the hotel because of location.

Cons:

When we arrived it looked like we entered a war zone. The whole area leading to the entrance of the hotel was torn down with construction with demolition. It definitely did not look like the pictures. Even our tour guide said she did not recognize the area even though she had been there before to pick up clients.We picked a room with a view but was put in a room looking at broken concrete and piles of garbage. We asked to be moved to a better room with a view . We asked for higher floor room and they put us in a third floor room which was a better view of the garden but still lacking. The buffet was only average. The only staff member who was helpful was Patrick.

Super Friendly and Posh (but on a budget) hotel
Pros:

The building itself was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and super helpful. (Shout out to Adam for helping me print documents) The piano - we asked the staff and they said we could play it.. Felt like a fancy hotel that was too good for the likes of me. Good price. Oh and the shower was awesome. Bed comfy too.

Cons:

Close to a building site but it wasn't noisy at all. Didn't really notice it actually.

Pros:

Красивый, стильный номер. Персонал, который готов помочь при любом вопросе. Завтраки. Небольшая ремарка для администрации - для кофе хочется кофейные чашки. В доступе стоят только чайные кружки. Всё-таки отель такого уровня должен обращать внимание на гармонию и эстетику мелочей ☺️

Cons:

Рядом идёт стройка. Мы остановились на одну ночь, это не было критично. Но вид из окна теперь не только на озеро, но и на строительство вокруг.

쾌적하고 넓은 방. 모든 직원들이 다들 친절하고 좋았어요. 서호쪽에 있어서 밤에도 조용했어용!

Cons:

수영장을 이용하려했는데 내부문제로 이용 못한게 너무 아쉬워요.
주변에 공사를 하고 있었는데 시끄럽지는 않았지만 먼지가 날렸어요

Dejligt hotel, med mindre god beliggenhed i forhold til by/restauranter.
Pros:

Dejligt flot stort hotel. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Meget rent og pænt. Dejligt morgenmad alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Maden i restauranten var også rigtig fin. Spa afd. helt i top og til meget fine priser.

Cons:

Det ligger midt i en byggeplads og man er afhængig af taxa til byen.
Vi valgte hotellet udfra der var pool, da vi kommer frem er den under renovering og der kommer slet ikke vand i imens vi er der.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, very polite staff, good value for money!

Cons:

The bathroom is not suitable for seniors. The step into the bathtub may be a bit high and unsafe if you are not stable on your feet. The water of the shower also runs down onto the floor if you don't block it with a towel.
