in a nutshell i am disappointed. My expextation were much more from the reviews.
Pros:

I like the service of the reception personnel. They were very supportive and prompt in solving problems.

Cons:

1. The room service needs improvement. On the first night i wasn't provided with complementary water bottles. that's why i had to take a bottle from the paid services and room service charged it to my room bill. Though it was waved when i explain it to the the reception. 2. On the next night internet connection was lost. The service engineer took time but solve the problem. After an hour internet was lost again which hampered my work. then they had to change my room at the middle of the night. 3. The menu of the breakfast is very monotonous. Need variation. if required hotel can add more items in the menu.

Humidity and a strong smell of mold
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and genuinely try to help with anything you need. The swimming pool is large and beautiful, and it is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. The room had significant humidity and a strong smell of mold. We had to leave because the following morning both of us woke up feeling unwell. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide a refund for the unused nights.

The hotel itself appears to have been built with expensive, high-quality materials, but unfortunately it feels like it has been left in the past and needs modernization. The TV is not a smart TV, the mattress is an old-fashioned spring mattress, and the air-conditioning system in the rooms is outdated.

Communication was also difficult, as the staff's English was quite limited.

We booked a good suite for around €100 per night, but in reality it was mainly just a large space without anything particularly special. For example, there wasn't even a second TV in the bedroom.

Overall, the hotel has good potential and some excellent facilities, but the rooms and technology need a significant update to match the quality and price level expected today.

Nice wide pool with different depth.
2 bedroom room.
Nice kitchen with everything you need even multi cooker.
Good breakfast with nice noodle every day. Pancakes crepes and waffle station was very nice addition.
Everybody is very kind and polite.

Cons:

Location with the ongoing costruction is kinda off. Some taxists did not want to go to the main entrance..
Knifes in the room were not sharp enough for fruits ((
If not these our stay was very nice.

Pros:

The staff, facilities, breakfast, room, comfortable beds. They have provided a Nespresso coffee machine as well. The view was good, soundproofing was really good as we didn't hear the heavy constructions going around. Restaurants are nearby. The staff even gave us a packet of Vietnamese coffee to enjoy back home.

Cons:

The Wi-fi connection was weak due to the constructions nearby. A notice was put up on the elevator though. Due to the construction nearby, walking was not so feasible but Grab gets you there easily.

Appartement 3 chambres très propre vu piscine. Petit déjeuner bon. L hôtel est a 15min de la ville ville en Grab fans un quartier sympa - il y a des travaux dans le quartier mais le bruit nous a pas dérangé. L équipe de la réception de l hôtel est adorable et très reactive!

Cons:

Le spa. La fille a la réception du spa s est visiblement enervee lorsque nous n avons pas souhaité laisser un pourboire a la masseuse.
Lors du règlement il y a déjà un rajout de TVA non annonceé
