5ncı gdısımdı ama artık tamamen vasat bı hal almıs uzulduk acıkcası temızlık ve yemek cok cok kotuydu lobı mudurunun tavrı hıc hosumuza gıtmedı cocuguma yatak almadım dıye tatılı uyguna almıssınız zaten dedı ıyı tatıller bıle dılemedı odadakı klıma bozuk dememıze ragmen ılgılenılmedı ve bı haftsyı klımasz gecırdık sesın hotel tamamen bıtmıs ne yazıkkı bıda ha tercıh edıcegımı sanmıyorum bar sefı ve calısan gencler gayet ıyıydı. Tek olumlu soyleyebılecegım bu.

denize yürüyerek 3 dakika, hizmet, temizlik iyi fena değil. iki senedir bu otelde tatil yapıyorum beklentilerimi (beklentilerim : dinlenmek, deniz, sahil)karşılıyor. yemekler bazen ortalama, bazen ortalama üstü genel olarak öneririm.

Bayram dolayısı ile çok kalabalıktı. Otelin otoparkının olmaması büyük bir sıkıntı yaşattı. Otel ile ilgili fiyat performans olarak bakılırsa gayet güzeldi. Genel yorumlara bakılırsa 3 kuruşa 5 köfte istemişler gibi geldi. Sabah kahvaltısında peynir çeşitleri patates kızartması zeytin çeşitleri reçel tereyağ domates salatalık omlet sosis vb. sınırsız çay meşrubatlar kahve çeşitleri vardı. Akşam yemeği için çok çeşit olmasa da karın doyacak kadar çeşitlilik vardı. Balık Danarosto çorba pilav ve 5-6 çeşit meze karpuz kavun baklava vardı. Çalışanlarda gayet iyiydi. Fiyat performans konum olarak biz memnun kaldık.

This is a solid 3* rather than 4* hotel close to the beach. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops close-by.

It is in a quiet street, although can be noisy in the evenings.

Rooms are clean and modern.

Buffet breakfast is good.

Staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

Swimming pool is a little chilly outside high season.

Det va bra personal och bra service, men det ärd dåligaste jag satt är ingen vatten som ingår i hotellet man måste köpa själv ingen vattenkokare om vill fixa kaffe själv, städning som dom hoppa över det va inte varje dag i rummet. Jag rockomnderar inte för familjen som har barn eller får bar. Det basar för singel person.

Cok temiz hizmet kalitesi iyidi

Çatı odaları hariç güzel bir otel, çalışanları güleryüzlü, yemek kalitesi fiyata göre uygun.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fakat servis olayı çok kötü birşey istediğinizde yapılana kadar yarım saat geçiyor

We booked an all inclusive 3 nights at the hotel, the lady at the reception didn't tell us that most facilities were actually closed due to Covid-19. However many other hotels in the area were still running at almost full capacity. Only when we paid the money we were told the spa is closed, the massage room is closed, the sauna is closed, and even the table tennis and pool table were closed due to Covid-19. We told them that they should have made customers aware of that on Expedia or any other booking site they deal with, however the receptionist spoke little English and sounded angry, she spoke russian however we don't.
The next day we complained about not getting wifi signal in our room but we were told that all rooms are the same and that we had to come to the lounge or the swimming pool to get a wifi signal.
We also asked for if we could have an iron in our room but were told it's not possible, basically for everything and anything we asked we were told it's not free.
We had a safe in our room, and we wanted to leave our belongings in it, but it needed a battery, we then rang the reception to have it replaced but we were told it's not free to use the safe in our room and it will cost 3 euros per day "it's just their to take an unnecessary space in our wardrobe".
The shower head was leaking and the shower doors leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
The AC is connected with the balcony door so don't leave the room or you will come back to a very hot room as AC switches off

Good location in Marmaris but very very noisy. Impossible to sleep because of music and shows going on in the courtyard area behind the hotel.

resepsiyon personeli haricindeki arkadaşların yanlış sektörde olduklarını söyleyebilirim, turizm veya hizmet sektörü dışında herhangi bir sektör olabilirdi ama bunlar değil, herşey dahil müşterisini rahatsız ve huzursuz etmek için gereken herşey yapılıyor, bir an önce gidin diye bakılıyor mesela restaurant da otururken, bara içki almaya gittiğinizde( 1 Dakikalığına) masadan servisinizi kaldırıyorlar mesela, geldiğinizde de bizde emir kuluyuz gibi saçma bir açıklama yapıyorlar.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever seen the food is disgusting. The Fridge in the room was not working

Most of the staff were friendly and some were rude
I booked the room for 3 persons by mistake and when we arrived the room was for 2 persons but we paid for 3.
I will never come back...

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach sicher nicht 4 Sterne . Personal ist Freundlich. Sowie das Essen war gut aber immer das gleiche .

Fint hotell med perfekt beliggenhet

Of course don’t expect this is 5 star resort with all options you wished. For this hotel is excellent stay for visiting couple days Pamukkale! The location is exactly in front of mountains and the hotel is perfect. They have very clean swimming pool with a great simple breakfast. 2 star hotel is really 2 stars. They are very very friendly and they help you. Don’t worry about your stay in this hotel. They are very helpful even after your stay.

Most of the hotel staff were really nice and helpful, some rather rude.
Aircon, fridge and Wifi not working upon check in, shower tub clogged so we got another room the next day.
We were told that the wifi was hardly or not working from floors 3-6.
No aircondition in dining room, nor lobby.
Had to beg housekeeping for toilet paper and clean towels.
Sunbeds uncomfortable and you had to be up early to get one with a mattress.
Food was okay.

out of season so not much open nearby. unbelievable value but very quiet around
