I highly recommend this place to stay in if your in Denton, TX
Pros:

I liked everything about this place. There were restaurants and fast food places in walking distance. There was also a Sam's and Walmart in walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning. Housekeeping came at the same time every morning. The grounds were kept immaculate. I stayed 5 nights and 6 days and it was great.

Worked for us because of the location and price
Pros:

Good location, always had available parking. Breakfast was not very good but plenty of restaurants nearby.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast burritos were tasteless and hard from being reheated. Gravy was a weird gray color with no sausage in it. Powdered eggs were okay. Coffee was good.

Cons:

Front staff not the most welcoming. She was dry and barely spoke. The pool was very disappointing, safety issue, as anyone could have access to it, did not have to use badge to get in, and there was homeless ppl around, also it was dirty. The breakfast food was limited, eggs and biscuits with gravy with lots of pastries. Biscuits were either over cooked or uncooked. Gravy was watery.
The hotel itself looked better in the picture than in person. It was more rundown in person.
Me personally will not be booking it again.
