I could not sleep in the room and had to go sleep elsewhere.
Pros:

The place was too filthy I couldn't imagine having their breakfast.

Cons:

I'm still amazed at how poor the place is. There's mould on the walls, terrible smell, TV didn't work. It's a rat house.

Pros:

The dining venue is an outdoor restaurant behind the hotel.
The menu was omelets and coffee.
No bread or anything else was provided.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't close properly. And there was long hair scattered all over the bathroom floor.

Positively Surprising for the Price level
Pros:

Honestly, I read the reviews and was very skeptical, seeing as this was the closest place to the venue of the event I came for. But it was really nice, the lovely front desk staff was helpful even when I needed local transportation. She informed me that the hotel facilities were renovated and upgraded. Which kinda explains why it was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Well, food can be cooked without murdering the pallets with pepper. 😂
I’ll rate the service with food 7.5/10, maybe the spice levels and etiquette for serving for needs to be looked into

Hospitality at it’s finest
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, also there has been an upgrade compared to the last time I was there. Their staff and customer service were very nice and welcoming. The Food was great as well. I enjoyed my stay and experience at western dreams
